An instant permaban over such a small issue, kicking out a universally beloved member who had only accumulated 4-5 minor bans over the course of 4-5 years.....some group of moderators obviously had it out for him. I don't think it was an isolated action of just one disturbed individual.

Consider that Denis8K (20,000 posts) received a permaban after literally weeks of cowardly "Duration Pending" deliberation. Obviously the collective decision to perma Blame_Space was made a long time ago, and this recent minor infraction was just the pretense to do it.

Wish that were true but high paying Silicon Valley tech firms are full of people just like RetardEra.

In one recent thread some retard posted a picture of the corner of his office and just the two chairs there were worth like 10k.

RetardEra loves to act poor, and many users are indeed loser NEETs living miserable lives in their parents’ homes, but a not insignificant number of them are high earners. You can tell anytime a thread about buying suggestions comes up and 80% of the suggestions are basically the most expensive choice on the market.

Here we have another thread outing the racists and blood-lusts of resetera:


A 27 year old, store manager at dunkin donuts, punched out a 77 year old man for calling him nigger twice. The old duded died 3 days later. Instead of being the bigger man and not reacting with violence to name calling from a 77 year old, who probably wasn't all there mentally, resetera is championing him for taking out an old racist white. There is dug up news that the old dude was a pedo so there is that - but it's just surprising the amount of white-guilt, and celebrating the reaction of physical violence to words all condensed into one thread. I'm sure the 27 year old felt his life was threatened.

There is a lot more in that thread - the prominent posters and black mods take it over towards the end, Nepenthe (and several others) get in a fight and dogpile a POC immigrant who takes issue with a 27 year old punching a 77 year old for calling him bad names - but that's enough autism for me for a week.

resetera really thinks it's perfectly acceptable behavior if someone gets punched in the face and falls on the ground and dies for saying the N word. Never mind that the guy was a pedo, that's an *ancillary detail* and has nothing to do with what transpired. From the black guy's perspective, he wasn't punching a pedophile he was punching a 77yo old white dude who was being disrespectful.

And they'll defend what transpired while throwing around "stupid cracker" comments as the cherry on top. As we all know and they just reconfirmed very clearly, racially charged language is literally a free pass to punch you in the face and kill you... unless it's about white people, and then it's fully endorsed by the staff.

That does seem to be the case. Many people (myself included) thought he had a line with the mods that made him a part of the clique. Their skin has definitely decreased in thickness over the last year.
