Add to the previous requirement of having to have many years of mismanagement by the government bad and novel enough to create resentment in enough of the population to have the fuel for the revolutionary fire.

*Then*, and most importantly, you have to have the governing regime so fundamentally mismanage the response to the above two conditions that a revolution can succeed.

All while Vlad tells the Russians how "the evil western companies abandoned Russia to side with the Ukes, so we now need to buy our own products to support the Motherland".

Sure, the products quality might be as shit as China's but at least they won't have to rely on foreign companies that much.
