Him trying to cheese through ER should be no surprise to anyone that watched his previous Souls playthroughs (hopefully via a TIHYDP)

DeS - overleveled like crazy, I think he was around level 90 going into Tower Of Latria, most likely abused the dupe glitch
DaS1 - used the drakesword, was gifted the Gravelord Sword by a viewer, summoned other players to kill bosses for him
DaS2 - heavily abused lightning spears before they got nerfed into the ground
DaS3 - played an early access copy that was made easier for gaming 'journalists'
Bloodborne - overleveled yet again
Sekiro - watched guides, most obvious when he was fighting the guardian ape, Isshin

Never heard the story about DaS3 and I didnt know there was an easy version, thats interesting. Did he purposely seek out the easy version or just stumbled on it? Also how did he get an early copy, that goes against his morals!

Youtube started playing the AVGN Season 1 video for me the other day, and I listened to the first maybe 10 minutes for the first time in probably a decade. It really hammered home not only how much DSP copied from AVGN, but how DSP's idea of humour hasn't changed one iota since then. The amount of talking about shit, anus, anal, diarrhea, etc. is ridiculous but I couldn't help but think "this could literally be something DSP would say in an Elden Ring stream today".

Twink characters pre-dated heirloom gear, mostly rogues and a specific bind on equip dagger (I forget which) eventually honor gear would be used to twink so people would sit at the top of a level bracket in pvp and farm honor.

Long story short. When the Japanese version came out, From and or Microsoft did a thing where they attached that store entry to being the digital download that a review copy would get you. (My speculation is what that is for the record) But what it meant was that people found out that the XBOX Japanese story had the full English script in it already. So, you could just play the game early in English on XBOX. This came with two caveats. One buying things on Japanese digital stores means you gotta get store credit in that currency, and that usually gets jacked up. So it cost him like 100 bucks as opposed to 60. It also had HP tuned way down and I think even damage was tuned way up. Because it was a reviewer copy. The idea was so they had to do less grinding and see more of the game to be able to put out a more complete review by launch date.

Of course Phil excuses this as "everyone else is gonna play it early, so I gotta too dood" and any time people try to equate that to him being a shill, that's a LIMB

I did do my part and reported him to Patreon, because it's the 2nd time he used Patreon to scam. I'm still shocked Patreon allow him to be on their site after the Project 7 scam.

Yeah he is a lazy fuck. Like Phil mentioned it still says he streams on Twitch. The issue with his patreon is that he says you get to be included in the voting process for games when he reaches his Twitch channel subscriber goal but he aint on Twitch thus its false advertising. On top of that voting is no longer exclusive since he does a community poll on his YouTube channel where anybody can vote. You are essentially paying for a voting process that non-patreon members get to vote thus no value in what you pay for.

The other issue is for his $10 perk. I can't recall when was the last time he did a shoutout to his patreon members during his vlogs or on his streams. Hell he doesn't do vlogs anymore and does only prestream pahdcast where he doesn't shout them out, not even a text scroll like how other content creators do.

Honestly all he needs to do is spend like 10 minutes out of his day, maybe after a night stream when he drinks and plays WWE, to edit his patreon so he doesn't make those promises. Change them so its focused more on what he is doing now. Now if his Patreon gets banned (he is the pigroach so probably not) he has no one to blame but himself for being a lazy fat piece of shit. Hell he could make some new rewards which could entice fans to signup for his Patreon and gain more income. He even said that Patreon is mostly for people who want to help but don't get the attention. But nah fuck it, let it say the same shit from years ago when he was on Twitch. Literally 10 minutes of him editing his Patreon could help him more than doing nothing for years.

EDIT - I'm not a souls aficionado, I played Ds1, BB and Sekiro so I'm not as pro as PP here but I'm pretty sure you're not intended to use the horse and one of if not the quickest casting low FP spell through out the playthrough.

And what comes next? WWE seems to be of the table for the time being. What is left? Finaly Fantasy? From what I hjave seen it seems as if this game might be a "Dark Souls with party" Or maybe a crawl back to Dying Light 2? The last patch has made it better (at least on PC)
