Do the Russians have to be in Russia to call for violence or is it open season on anyone who happens to be Russian. Can you openly doxx Russians in the USA and call for people to murder them?
No. Those people had no part in starting the war. Could be they have relatives killed or wounded in battle. These people pay the price for Putin's epic fails. Would you like to live in a foreign country and have the locals fuck with you or try to kill you because of American government actions? Jesus...

Its interesting how the West is trying to block every single voice out of Russia.
But Russia is just playing our media to prove they are right.
CSPAN and tucker are putin bots I guess now.
I fear Tucker will be cancelled off the air very soon. They really seem mad about the bioweapons thing and now they are out looking for blood to spill at home.

Social media allowing calls for violence against Russia?
This is great.
No really!
Now I can go online and call for the death of “Russian politicians” and “Russian journalists” and “Russian Senators” and the “Russian President” and and “Russian news anchors” and “Russian globohomo corporations” and “Russian actors”.
Phrasing my friends. Just have to get the right phrasing.
How long until /pol/ starts substituting "russians" for jews? Lots of them do seem to have or had Russian last names. 👌

I love the little bits here and there about people from the US or UK with a War on Terror credit under their belt, who have managed to get there, thinking what they saw in Bronze Age goat fucker shit-holes will be the same as a tour of this shit, come under one attack, and are ready to go fucking home.
Pics or it didn't happen.

Russian MOD show off their SU-35
They've always made sexy planes. Look at this thing, it's like a flying cobra

Russia has a shitton of bugmen.
Gas the bugmen, Reddit war now.

There are some very interesting trolling opportunties out there around this exemption to the calls for violence rules. Someone smart could twist the rules around and maybe call for violence against other groups in the name of going after them dirty russians.

Leningrad was able to hold out so long because 1) they resorted to eating corpses instead of burying them, and 2) they were not 100% cut off, in the winter season they were resupplied by trucks driving over a frozen lake. Not familiar with Sarajevo so I can't comment on that. But unless Kiev is willing to resort to extreme measures, they likely will fall once surrounded.

They could possibly keep Kiev resupplied from the air, similar to the Berlin Airlift that the Allies did to keep commies from starving West Berlin. But unlike the Berlin airlift they would be doing it under constant enemy fire from the ground and air.

Keeping Kiev is not impossible for Ukraine, but imo once Kiev is surrounded, they're only keeping it if the Russians let them.
Zero chance of Kiev being kept supplied via air if it's surrounded. Putting aside the basic fact that Ukraine doesn't have anywhere near enough planes to even attempt to do that, SAM batteries would make quick work of any cargo planes.

If Ukrainian forces stay in Kiev then the city is probably gonna end up looking like Stalingrad by the time the Russians root out every pocket of resistance.

I think this is more likely supposed to be the killing of Denys Kyreyev. Kyreyev was part of the delegation to the first talks with the Russians. Then around five days ago he was reported as having been shot and killed by the SBU. Then after that accused of unspecified treason. As far as I know the head of the SBU is still very much alive.
Erm that's a weird assumption. They say it's Dmitry Demyanenko. But if you don't believe that, it could be any random person. And it's not the head of the entire SBU. Just the Kiev division.

I didn't mean morally I mean as far as facebook is concerned.

What's crazy about the neo-nazi symbols that have been popping up in Western media is how they handle it. You would hope they would say something honest like "yes there's some bad dudes there but those bad dudes are better than Putin's dudes so were gonna let it slide and we'll sort that shit out when we get to it". But instead it's just full on "What nazis? Oh those ones, don't worry about it it's nothing we aren't going to talk about it. Oh I deleted a picture of a soldier with the black sun? What picture, it doesn't exist, you are spreading pro-Putin propaganda".
They've been relying on moral panics and creating a moral high ground that now its all they have, they have radicalized their hounds so bad that ANY admission of supporting literal neo-nazis would be destructive to their own morale and propaganda.
They can't admit they are supporting literal neo-nazis, even if these nazis are different from the usual because of the massive cognitive dissonance that would create for their base that might threaten transforming this whole ordeal into another Vietnam where the public suddenly turns against the propaganda.
They have relied so bad on black and white morality to justify their atrocities that now it has come back to bite them in the ass as they try to cover up the fact they are supporting neo-nazis out of convenience

He is said to be "former deputy head of the SBU's Main Directorate in Kyiv and the Kyiv region". The video is consistent with the described circumstances of how Kyreyev died. But I didn't have the rest of the information when I said that.
The story is credited to "journalist" Vladimir Boyko. He is a political guy on the Russian side and the video could really be of anything.

Imagine how great it will be for their propaganda war if they start resorting to cannibalism.

I'm sure /pol/ hates "Black Russians" as a beverage and any white woman who drinks one.

Yep. Fedpoasting and Clever trolling is back on the menu lads!
If you're smart about it. Which...
Well fuck, I'm out then.

War crimes against the dead are probably the least severe kind of war crime
I agree (they're dead anyway) but this kind of thing should still be punished. We don't want people to think it's ok fuck around with dead bodies, for a whole bunch of reasons. It's great propaganda for the enemy, invites reprisals, and not only dehumanizes the people you're gonna have to eventually come to peace with, but also dehumanizes the people who do it. War is already hell enough without becoming a demon.

In WW2 it wasn't uncommon to send Jap skulls back home as gifts. FDR himself was gifted a letter opener made from a Japanese guy's arm.

Hopefully the Ukies aren't at the collecting Russian skulls for ashtrays phase yet.

Got more to read on that? afaik there werent enough ICBMs to just target everywhere, just a fraction of warheads are ready to be launched

Still I dont discount that government factions that survive in bunkers wouldnt extort the unhit countries with threats of them too going up in smoke, would be a great way to get supplies from them when your entire production base its ashes
A lot of this was essays from a decade and a half ago so I only remember bits and pieces, Stuart Slade wrote a couple short essays about Nuclear Warfare and its aftermath. He was a bit of a lolcow about his alt-history fiction, but he did work for a DoD think tank related to these strategic issues. Life After Nuclear War, the google conversation is the best that popped up but he does answer some questions about what we know of Soviet targeting and who gets nukes. A PDF of his Nuclear Warfare 101, short essay but good. Pie cutters are this website but for real maps.

I don't have exact numbers of ICBM off the top of my head, but the last generation of US and Soviet ones numbered in the hundreds and carried around 10 MIRVs each. A single SS-18 could, in theory, destroy every major city in a US state. That's not even counting SLBM from ballistic missile subs either. An Ohio-Class SSBN carries up to 24 SLBM, the earlier ones with Trident I SLBM having 8 MIRVs are 100kt a piece, the later and refit ones (SSBN-730 to SSBN-743) carry up to 24 Trident IIs with up to 12 MIRVs, either the 100kt range W76 or the 475kt range W88. A single SSBN can destroy every major city in a country. A lot of the effects and after effects of a nuclear war at a bit exaggerated, but the reality is bad enough.
