You don't understand your honor. I reached out after the restraining order to explain to her that I am a nice guy and she doesn't really need that restraining orderEven if she gets one, he might "reach out" again to see if she changed her mind.
Back when he plead guilty to harassing Erika, we speculated he might sue her for "slander" or "emotional distress." He didn't, and I don't think it's because he showed restraint. His lawyer probably explained why that was a very bad idea. His parents probably told told him they wouldn't help him if he got in trouble for harassing her again. You don't understand your honor. The Hemsworths are doing a fine job running the business that Errol Flynn established back in the 1930s.Don’t tell too many others or we won’t get our acting bucks. The Hemsworths are behind it and keep us financed.
Is that the current year equivalent to his FB rage quits? And again He has pulled the She don't like nice guys song alert.
It's 8: 35 am here and it is gone.
What are the rules on suing someone for slander after being found guilty of harassment? Wouldn't that just get dismissed right away?Back when he plead guilty to harassing Erika, we speculated he might sue her for "slander" or "emotional distress." Well, if that "slander" was asserted in a lawsuit (criminal or otherwise) it's going to be privileged, which makes it typically not susceptible to defamation lawsuits "Privileged communications are of four kinds:...Words used in the course of a legal or judicial proceeding, however hard they may bear upon the party of whom they are used." (see White v. Nicholls, 44 U.S. 266 (1845) ). In Nevada, "defamation requires... an unprivileged publication to a third person" (see Tsao v. Desert Palace, Inc., 698 F.3d 1128 (9th Cir. 2012) ). That would make his lawsuit not be likely to succeed. What are the rules on suing someone for slander after being found guilty of harassment? Wouldn't that just get dismissed right away?

Can anybody Photoshop Russ popping his head out from behind on of those palm trees?
I thought him being behind a bush near a tree was better. Can anybody Photoshop Russ popping his head out from behind on of those palm trees?
He wouldn't do that. He would threaten to sue them if they didn't go in the sewerI picture him luring her to a storm drain with a Starbucks card on a string.
"We all slurp down here!"
or get the chance 'to explain'.Even if she gets one, he might "reach out" again to see if she changed her mind.
I'm going to bombard Russ with cool DMs explaining why his idiotic plans will never work. He has to let me explain! If he tells me to leave him alone, I'll check later to see if he changed his mind. Then if he blocks me, I'll sue, because I relied on his representations that he'd engage with the public. My feelings are very fragile, so he owes me extra.or get the chance 'to explain'.
Make sure to write a book about your interactions tooI'm going to bombard Russ with cool DMs explaining why his idiotic plans will never work. He has to let me explain! And like he did to some poor cheerleader he was stalking, I'll accuse him of harassment for not talking to me.Make sure to write a book about your interactions too
I feel the same way...if his impotent filings and appeals were to consist solely of him poking legal Godzillas like Fremantle. When he swings his bamboon pinata stick at Null, that's a different story. It's like really, you little fucking DNA typo?Damn.....I am starting to think that Russhole Schadenfreude is an addictive substance. I am literally jones'n for a hit of sweet sweet legal spergery. I'm even willing to sit through 2 hours of Rackets' drunken babbling to hear his take on Dildo Saggins' latest screed just to catch an update. There's no other lolcow that I look forward to new legal updates with such naked greed.
If the Bamboon had half a brain he'd onlyfans his court submissions 24 hours before actually submitting them. I'm ashamed to admit I'd pay.
FUCKING JUDGE LADY JUST MAKE A GODDAMN RULING ALREADY!!!!1!!11!one!!1!!

Was it Russ or another cow who demanded Facebook remove the block feature? I know someone was yelling about how letting women block him violated his rights to association or something."Why I'm Making It Legal to Harass the Disabled on the Internet Without Them Being Able to Block or Silence You: A Short Essay from the Kiwi Farmer who is Milking a Lolcow for All He's Worth."
