I think the judge realized no matter which way it goes, having a hearing on something this head-smackingly obvious, doing nothing but running up the costs to the parties, was just not a good idea. Maybe this court usually just automatically schedules hearings for things and Null's motion just kind of tickled the court's attention enough for them actually to look at this pig vomit this stupid bitch filed.
