What exactly was Russia expecting to get from this meeting?
Is this like some sort of, "Well I TOLD YOU..." if/when something does pop off to look good?

Or does Occam's and Hanlon's razor apply here and this is truly just Russian propaganda? Or if their claims are accurate, (seems likely) what were they expecting the UN to do?
Honestly what i think russia was trying to pull was trying to convince other countries on looking into the us labs in ukraine, but as expected no one will take them seriously and instead are using the meeting to claim they're trying to pull false flags.
That's too bad.

(i still insist that the kenya guy was cool)

Here's the DNC's 2022 midterm strategy guide.

1. Use some undemocratic executive order or maybe get the dumbass Republicans on board with some "Anti-Russian financial sanctions" that target Americans domestically that are financially involved with Russians. Get some rules about "Russian financial interference" in """"democracy"""".
2. Get the CIA to make deals with some rich Russians that are getting squeezed by sanctions to make some choice donations to get some of their shit unfreezed, do it Steele dossier style.
3. You get every candidate you don't like banned from social media, banks, and you label their supporters as domestic terrorists that are "enabling Russia" so that you can create a chilling effect where people disengage with democracy as to not lose their bank accounts.

They are already prepping this narrative. Here's a Clinton affiliated rag setting it up.

Already happening. The J6 inquisition is trying to outlaw Republicans from fundraising.

Edit: Man, they do not forgive Tulsi Gabbard for telling the awful truth about Cameltoe.

Well Occam's razor, pretend Russia did really find bioweapons. What would they do? Their choices are basically keep it secret or fulfil the treaty obligation and report it. Obviously they'll report it as even if it has a 1% chance to hurt the US, it's better than 0% if they hide it. So I don't think this meeting really reveals anything about the legitimacy of their claims.

>UN agents: Russia should stop the war they have killed 6 million civilians
>Russia accuses the US of having bioweapon labs in Ukraine
>Albania(for some reason), US, France and UK just say: NO U, LIES, LIES, LIES, LIES 6 MILLION UKRANIANS

I have no idea what where they thinking, perhaps they where not
Albania hates the Serbs, who are traditionally Russian allies.

How effective the LPR and DPR forces have been operationally is amazing to me. they have arrived at the front with crap their fathers would have seen as outdated and blown away their NATO backed opposition, like seriously they are leading the charge in the eastern front and are taking town after town with mosins and DP machine guns.
Those men are driven by rage and look for vengeance against those who bombed them for eight whole years with the west's support. They saw their loved ones die, it's obvious that they'd give their all in battle.

I think the value of this meeting, for Russia, is to get something officially on the record. Also it is noteworthy to listen to a lot of the other countries who voiced very... """neutral"""... opinions. Obviously Eurotrash nations like the UK, France, and Ireland are anti-Russia.
But listen to the language of the rest.
India. Mexico. Kenya. Gabon. Brazil. Etc.

They basically iterated that having biological weapons facilities is wrong and there should be an investigation into preventing the proliferation of WMDs.

Russia is trying to forge a "Coalition of the Willing". And in my opinion, a "neutral" response is a win.

I find it interesting, a giant boogeyman of boomerlibs, ended the bioweapons program "officially" decades ago.

Watchmen and Futurama is starting to feel more like projection at how much they hate Tricky Dick.

Im sure we got bioweapons but they use "euphemistic language" and dry academic legal jargon horseshit to make it seem like whatever bioweapons there are right now, are not bioweapons bioweapons but sure can do the job that a regular old school bioweapon can do.

After WW2, the guy who did all the scientific work for Unit 731 was recruited by Uncle Sam, I'm sure he told us everything about bioweapons and that data is somewhere in DC.
Tricky Dick was one of my favorite guest stars on Futurama. For someone the show supposedly hated, they sure made him charismatic.

Most countries without a history with Russia are the only ones that remained neutral, everyone else was just quoting CNN articles about how Russia lost 6 millions soldiers to the ghost of Kiev and how russian troops are eating babies

Kadyrov is doubling down. Ready to send Chechen reservists to fight in Ukraine if Putin allows it. Right now, a significant portion of the Chechen active duty troops are already in the combat area.

With the Syrian mercenaries also coming, maybe we'll start getting some video with the good ol' Takbir blessing our ears after every hit. It's already been weird not hearing the chorus of snackbars for so long.

God I can't wait for the videos of Ukranians watching a missile hit a tank and explode and the sound of cheering.
Except it's a man running up to a tank, and the mic peaks with the harsh roar of the Takbir.
Just what we need: more videos talking about how Western armies would lose a major war because the videos put out talking about diversity compared to Chechens and Russians means these lands don't take places seriously. At least we got some new ones.

The UN is always mostly a show. The goal is to create problems for people you dont like and to have an influence on the news cycle. The story creates problems for the United States outside of Europe and America. In particular in places that are hosting US military biological facilities of which there are a whole lot. The whole thing also distracts the top leadership in the US from doing other things for a day or so. Even the President of Ukraine was forced to take time away from doing other things to talk about this subject.

The Chinese also have an interest because its an opportunity to kick the United States in the balls, get even for things said about the Wuhan lab and take a step advancing the Chinese narratives that COVID was a rouge US bioweapon.

Parts of obviously propaganda. But parts of it are a real scandal. Its not really about "bioweapons". Its about the US having a massive, worldwide system of military biological laboratories that are engaged in the collection, analysis and manipulation of naturally occuring diseases and virus material. As with US funded research in Chinese National Laboratories, this is not considered by the US a subject for public discussion within the US.

this is just naive
bosnians/serbs/croats are so close, they basically speak different dialects of the same language (serbo-croatian) and that didn't stop em from repeatedly brutalizing each other over throughout recent history. hutu and tutsi in rwanda are almost entirely indistinguishable, didn't stop hutus from chopping up a million tutsis with machetes either. german jews were near indistinguishable from regular germans too, and a large majority were assimilated into german society, until one day they weren't anymore.
People really don't seem to understand this. You can make, join together, even separate new ethnic groups, new ethnic identities, new "nations" out of the most arbitrary things imaginable, because a collective consciousness of being a specific community, especially at the stage of formation, is inherently quite fluid. The modern Slavic "Macedonians" and Romance-speaking Moldovans are essentially just Bulgarians and Romanians brainwashed by communist propaganda in order to make them "distinct" from their immediate neighbors, and yet they're still holding onto these identities despite how provably constructed they are.

The distinctions between modern Ukrainians and modern Russians, in contrast, have had quite a while to develop, given that Ukrainian is a different language from Russian, and those peoples that have lived in the territories we now call "Ukraine" have never been quite precisely defined as "Russian" (particularly "Muscovite Russian") historically.
>Albania(for some reason), US, France and UK just say: NO U, LIES, LIES, LIES, LIES 6 MILLION UKRANIANS
Albania has Russophobia (like, genuine historic Russia-hatred) up the ass, because Russia supports Serbia, and Serbs killed 128 GORILLION ALBANIANS!!!
Western politicians defended China for Wuhan, I think they'll be fine, China's political subversion is on point, please nerf.
With the way things are going now concerning Russia and the recent digs at China and from China about biolabs, I don't think this romance between the Western "elites" and China will last much longer.

It's not November though. November is 8 months away. 8 months is like 8 years in post-2015 American politics.

I can tell you this though, when November comes, this supposed "strategy" will have failed utterly, and any and every candidate of any sort of worth will have become entirely inured to such low-level propaganda.

Glenn Greenwald just released a video regarding the biolabs story. To give the full context on how GAE can't be trusted with anything they say, he spent a lot of time talking about how the anthrax attacks were a MASSIVE glow-op used to gaslight the population into supporting the Iraq War. We're coming up on the 19 year anniversary and it feels like the spooks are running with a lot of the same talking points. Very concerning.
