They can't declare war in the usual way because they don't have legal cover from UN security council resolutions on the conflict. Their path to war in this case is through NATO. They would have to invoke either "collective defense" or do what they did in Libya calling it a regional security operation. I'm not totally sure that the NATO connective defense thing would require congress to do anything to put us at war.

Before the conflict broke out, I didn't think there was a chance of getting a resolution through congress for a war. But they have created such a war hysteria in the country that at this point the congress will approve anything or everything that Biden puts in front of them for war. It makes less than no sense, but they are at the point where Ukraine is such an important thing to them that there is no price they will not pay to save it. And that includes nuclear war.

(And before anyone says it, I know he means congressional resolution authorizing the conflict and not "declare war". I'm just simplifying it)

Either welfare, some menial job where they can spout off but nobody will care, or they're good at hiding their power level for money for sustenance. Other than that, nobody really cares what you do in your home unless they have to actually be there. You can smear shit all over your walls and nobody will care until you invite them in.

There's been Russian reports and videos of food distribution claiming Russia is supplying food to various cities and regions. Dunno if starvation is on the docket quite yet.

I get this error in both unmodded firefox and Ungoogled Chromium. Midori, some alsoran browser, will load it just fine.

edit: even on fucking TOR I get this error. I assume its some attack via Firefox and Google to block RT. Which is strange. Or RT is blocking US Browsers. IDK.
