Legal Kiwi" s. Do the parties in a lawsuit know the judges ruling before or do they find out when the judges order is released?

Unless the judge literally tells one party off the record before it happens, no. And it would be extremely improper for a judge to do that.

The language judges use when they're talking in front of all parties can make it fairly clear what their ruling is going to be, but it is generally improper for one party to know before others.

I'm so glad we have you legal Kiwi to answer these law questions..

You know, if something was important enough to me that I sued over it, I'd verify I had the right time with the court documents before I put it into my phone. But I'm a fallible mortal, so what do I know?
If I remember correctly, Russ even stated the wrong time several days (maybe weeks?) before the actual trial, and he didn't checked that time to see if it was correct even once during all that time. It REALLY is a foreign concept to him that he might have made a mistake or even that he can remember something wrong, even when it is documented. And I guess that is why he even managed to rewrite the Ariana Concert from being the best night of his life, to a noght where he was threatened, assaulted and discriminated against, even when he himself has in writing that it wasn't so.

That depends. If the ruling happens say in a hearing, they'd probably know slightly before it'd be put on PACER. If not, then, no. Unless, I suppose, the Judge emails one party saying "lol, lmao, brah, this gonna be lit, fam, gonna dismiss your wack-ass motion, my flibaddy flabaddy draggady dog", but that doesn't really happen.
Russell knows the ruling before he even files the lawsuit. He's gonna win.
Of course. You can't point even a single lawsuit that he lost

From my own experience from an old job at a bar, and talking to people over the years, if the judge is known to frequent any of such establishments and is friendly with their bartender, the person who will know first is the person pouring the drinks. It's improper, sure, but it isn't particularly uncommon.

I asked the AI what Mel and Russ combined would look like. Enjoy:

I'd really like to see a judge write that in an official opinion.

That person looks like they've made a dark pact with otherworldly forces for power and got the bad end of the deal.

Update. Looks as Shit Lips removed his comment saying he wasn't releasing his next hit song and is now got 3 more women to stalk on ig.

Just release the damn song so we can enjoy it.
I can still see his comment.

I don't see why he won't release it, he's already been scammed out of the money to record it, it's not like after 31 years he's finally realized how untalented and pathetic he is and refuses to embarrass himself further.

I can see it too. I think @Viridian was right, and he can't/won't pay for it, so the producer won't release it. I have nothing to base this on, but I think it might have gotten through his trauma-lumped skull that he's going to have to go to arbitration, and he's saving up his money to pay the fee and travel expenses to go to LA. Even if he does go, he'll lose. Even if the arbiter ruled in his favor, under the agreement, he's only entitled to money. They won't let him on the show, and they won't put him in the same room as Heidi Klum which is what he thought they'd do to avoid having to pay his fee.

Melrussell really hit the spice.
They are the Pipsatz Jewerach. Their prescient vision allows them to see the outcome of all of their legal filings, but the terrible truth they can't escape is that all paths lead to failure. Furthermore, the shadow of the ultimate enemy, the Declaration of Vexatious Litigant, casts its shadow over everything but they are unable to take the Golden Path of overcoming their narcassism to stop it. Truely a poignant tale.
