Doubt it. Going off the V in the corner, the "dildo" comment is most likely from either Valentino or Velvet since Vox is the one who drew the picture. He and Alastor hate each other.
I really hope the changes made to Alastor are minimal. Looks like Viv is keeping his hairstyle at least.

Or the "new face" could be Vox, who we've so far only seen once in the opening credits, I believe.

He's appeared in the Alastor comic (albeit briefly) and had an Instagram account while they were still active but yeah, that's a possibility too.

As long as he keeps the pinstripe suit, any other change will be acceptable. No pinstripes, everything is ruined.

I mean as a bait she put a drawing that is blatantly Alastor when announcing a character redesign, but the comments surrounding alistor are clearly negative.

Theres really nothing that deserves changing in any of the old designs except for Niffty and maybe Cherri. I dread what will come out.

I get pilots and their designs change and, for most times, its for the better.
While I prefer Charlie's old design, I do admit its far too early to judge the new one too much. We havent seen it in action and maybe its a matter of giving it a chance to see how it plays out before casting too much judgement. Besides, it doesnt change that much.
Im more curious as to how the other characters will change, especially Angel Dust given how so many are attached to his original pilot design

Glad he’s hardly changed. There’s gonna be so much red when Alastor and Charlie are onscreen at the same time though.

If my eyes don't deceive me, His suit is a brighter shade of red and has less pinstripes than before.

Ah ok so more contrast with pure white on some of the parts, and down to one stripe on the shoulder.

I actually like the newer design. Doesn't stray too far from the original, and the white they added to his suit contrasts well.
I noticed that there's a slight art style difference between Hazbin and Helluva Boss, and the new designs including Charlie's seem to stray farther towards the latter which is really good. Watching Vivzie's art get better over time fills me with joy.

Well, Im glad that Alastor is pretty much unaltered. After the Charlie redesign I was concerned they would change Alastor who, lets face it, has kind of those perfect designs that feel difficult to find something to improve upon.
Im ok with Vaggie having a slightly different look but I hope Angel Dust keeps his design unaltered for the most part. You just kind of feel like these two have a design that just click and thus doesnt have much to improve.
As for the rest of the working crew, Im indifferent either way, unless the redesigns are awful or something
