France actually loves Quebec; they think of them like their "wild hinterlands", like it's their Alaska for whatever reason. The last time I was in France, every gift shop had stuff from Quebec in it.

This makes me MATI. Gas is $6.50 a gallon around here (in some places up to $8.25) and getting more expensive April 1st thanks to a planned Carbon Tax increase; grocery stores are routinely understocked; meat is like twice as expensive as it was last year; the average single detached home costs $1.2 million if you don't live in the fuckin boonies... all on a median household income of $78,000 (less if you aren't in a major city), and despite claims of worker shortages, the government is bringing in so many goddamn pajeets that that number isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Pajeets are happy to live in an illegal boarding house with 12 people in a 1-bedroom apartment if it means making 50 times the income they'd make in India to send back home. Our GDP/capita has stalled out and is now falling compared to the US' steady gains and the average Canadian has $1,200 less per year to spend than they did when Trudeau came in.

So what's our government concerned with? Sending our entire military arsenal over to Ukraine and then spending even more to buy brand new weapons so they can send those too.
Thank god Trump limited the H1B program during COVID. If he didn't, the US would be dealing with stagflation instead of just inflation. There is stagflation but only if you work in fast food-tier jobs. And then some Jew will bitch about how the Poojeets lower inflation by doing $60,000/year worth of work for $25,000/year or whatever it is in CAD, when they're really just helping the CEO put $35,000 towards a new Lambo.

wishful thinking? trying to paranoiaize Putin? juicy inside information?

If those elites really want Putin out of the way the best thing they can do is let him run his course. Putins approval rating always goes up when he does does a military action and this is no different. The reality is your average Russian DOES approve of these "operations" the next largest group probably doesn't give a shit and then you have the loud minority which you see getting arrested in protests.

The degree of sympathies or lack of fucks given in west (particularly mainland europe) is also considerably down played.

If the elites really try to make some kind of coup attempt then they'll get shat on by the loud majority real fast and they'll expose their system to be A LOT more corrupt than they previously thought. Not to mention you'll end up Martyring Putin and make the rise of Putin 2 inevitable.

Probably not a bad strategy tbh, he has more than a few reasons to be paranoid. Would be interesting if there's any more news on this guy in the next few days (but probably not)
There was that speech he gave a few days ago about rooting out the "fifth column" in Russia.

Yeah, I saw that. I took it more for a dig at those protesting or holding 'anti-russia' views (in Putins eyes)... But that dissent often needs to flow to the top to be credible, so it will be interesting if some billionaire oligarch or the Russian people can sway someone in Putins innerr-circle

True if big...

If its just Kiev very doubtful. Battlefield nukes don't carry the payload an ICBM does. Emergency sessions would commence and suddenly everyone wants to talk.

It really is a matter of who blinks first, and its a dangerous game.
I don't think anyone knows what would happen if Russia uses a nuke in Ukraine. It would be a disaster on all fronts. For one thing Putins domestic narrative would shatter. Having To Nuke Kiev even though you are on the cusp of glorious victory would be a really hard pill to swallow, even for old Sovet Era boomers.

For another, the idea of a nuclear armed state using nukes on a state that does not have nukes would effectively mean the end of the UN non-proliferation treaty. That alone would probably bring in a furious response from the west. Most likely a naval blockade and very angry ultimatum noises. The US would probably also deploy Nuclear Weapons to the Baltics and Poland. Which I am sure will give Putin a warm fuzzy.

Really though it's all speculation because if Putin crosses that bridge we are in wonderland and anything can happen.

Putin personally contacted CNN after viewing the sperging on Reddit and 4chan and said the analysis and collective power of so many hugless, kissless virgins is too devastating and he immediately will chop off his peepee and become Vladimira Putin and he’s sorry and he even shit his pants

That ratnik stuff looks like it costs more than a car per unit, any evidence they are actually being given those? you got tanks rolling around without ERA and just a cope cage, any pics/videos of dead VDVs will those thermal sights and tacticool tablets?
Yes and no, Ratnik was suppose to be a head to toe upgrade from the cold war stuff they had and they've been introducing it piece meal. Starting with shoes and clothes, camo, then body armor, helmet, eye protection, ear protection, chest rigs, backpacks, and the electronic and NVG integration was suppose to be the last piece which they were already struggling to field before.

I know none of the Russian tankers i've seen have had Ratnik kit on, which was literally just new overalls, a flack jacket and a modernized CVC Helmet.

EOD and Sappers are also suppose to have their own Ratnik kit but i haven't seen any of those what so ever.

You can't even argue that it's all going to their special forces since the russian special forces either use western stuff or russian rip offs of western stuff, they're completely detached from the Ratnik program.

You don't get it; nuclear cratered Kiev is a warning. If NATO makes any moves towards Russia the arsenal flies. I mean why do you all pretend it can't happen?

"Why would we have a world without Russia?".
The problem is that the US and UK have no problem with a pre-emptive strike on "rogue states" and trying to nuke a country as a warning sounds very much like a rogue state to me.

I thought he was talking to the jet-setters, he mentioned they lived abroad some of the time and were adopting decadent Western ways.

speaking of adapting Western ways:

Fake. The logo comes from a joke boomer meme post that also suggested trademarking "Aunt Valya" alongside it.
