Just posting a big boom:
Title translates to:
Strike with precision weapons on Ukrainian MLRS and a warehouse with rocket-propelled ammunition in the shopping center in Kyiv
Descrption translates to:
A strike with precision-guided weapons on Ukrainian MLRS and a rocket-propelled ammunition depot located in a non-functioning shopping center on the outskirts of Kyiv. Personnel of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation

Right. And unless Russia is planning on trading opium to china there is no historical precedent of anyone getting rich by doing so. That's why I called the "we don't need europe, we have BRICS!" talk sour grapes.

And nothing of value was lost. RIP Vatnik news. Your #1 source of delusional pro-russia "news" and manufactured talking points.

Tbh, I'm kinda sad. It was fun watching their mental gymnastics and schitzo takes. Now they are free. Like an infected migratory bird from a DoD-sponsored Ukrainian bio-weapons-lab. *sad sarah mclachlan music plays*

I might be going crazy, but those don't look like the same building. The buildings in the background look completely different and the "Sport Life" building that sticks out into the parking lot is on the wrong side of the front of the tall section. Maybe the after photo was taken from another angle and then mirrored to look like the before image?

I'm not saying this is propaganda or some fake news shit, but it just looks really weird w/o context...

Perun updates his earlier overview video and is particularly negative towards the idea that Russia is softening up Ukrainians with poorer equipment, when in fact, he contends, their newer equipment is in fact doing even worse (see 9:36 where T80s and T90s are making up 38% of identified losses, while only 29% of active inventory, and earlier he makes clear that not every destroyed tank will have a picture taken of it, but it provides an informative impression) than the old Soviet vintage stuff, that the Russians are not holding back their best. One thought of my own is that Russia does not have the numbers of young men for some cannon fodder war.

Hej dziewczyno hej niebogo
Jakieś wojsko idzie drogą
Schowaj pieniądze schowaj zegarek
Kryj się kryj
A ja myślałem że to oni
Że to banda bande goni
A to Czerwoni! Czerwoni
Kryj się kryj
A ten gruby co na przedzie
Na kradzionym koniu jedzie
To Rokosowski Marszalek Polski
Kryj się kryj
A ja myślałem że to trzewik
Że to kryty słomą chlewik
A to Bolszewik
Bolszewik
Kryj się kryj
Przyjdą nocą zgwałcą srodze
Na kradzionej gdzieś podłodze
Zostawią z dzieckiem
Dzieckiem radzieckiem
Kryj się kryj
A ja myślałem że to śmieci
Że to gówno z nieba leci
A to Sowieci

Kryj się kryj
A ja myślałem że skrzek wroni
Że to kurwę alfons goni
A to Czerwoni

I prefer this. Straight to the point.

"Countries where authorities don't tolerate people providing alternative coverage to the mainstream narrative"...

Those of us in either North America or Europe should be ashamed that it's our "DUHmocracies" they're referring to.
Yeah my immediate thought for a split secondwhen I was reading that was "oh must have been some weird intolerant country in the middle east or some shit" and then I remembered oh yeah there is no freedom in the west anymore.

An article, now deleted, was briefly posted on the website of Komsomolskaya Pravda (archive), a Russian tabloid paper, which claimed that nearly 10,000 Russian soldiers have died thus far in the conflict and that the number came from the Russian Ministry of Defense. Obviously they have not said any such thing publically.
Soviets lost 14,000 men in 10 years of war in Afghanistan. Russia lost 7,000 men in the Second Chechen War (10 months of fierce fighting and 9 years of insurgency).

No two wars are the same and the Russians have done some very dumb things so it's definitely possible they've managed to get 10,000 men killed in under a month of Ukieboogaloo, and also for some reason told a tabloid newspaper how badly they've fucked up, I just wouldn't put money on it.

There is no historical precedent for anyone getting rich trading with a country of a billion people, besides that one time they did it. Besides that one time it is unfeasible for a country with 1 billion people to be monetized for profit. Please ignore every single industry doing everything it possibly can to gain access into that market.

And now Komsomolskaya Pravda says on Telegram that they were hacked.

I think they deserve the benefit of doubt this time around.

Another important aspect that people don't really mention when talking about the Russian casualty numbers is that the heaviest fighting is taking place in the Donbas and DNR and LNR forces are doing the bulk of the fighter there. Whenever they talk about 7,000 or 10,000 or 6,000,000 Russians have died so far, they never mention is that just Russian Federation soldiers or are they including the DNR and LNR forces in that number. I mean I don't believe the numbers to begin with but it's something that should be noted.

The fact that Russian Battle Groups include the VDV (they're being put on literal suicide missions but paratroopers are still considered "elite formations"), Spatnaz, and many Guard units alone debunks the idea Russia aren't sending their best. Is every Russian Battle Group made out of their best troops, no, but invasions are rarely made 100% out of "elite" formations.

The "Russia isn't sending their best" idea only began after Russian casualties started to mount and the offensive slowed down significantly. In other words, copium.
