I find it odd that Souls Grandpa says she doesn't accompany him on shopping trips, but will go to the store by herself to get him a cake. And then not eat it with him. I know he's insisting on eating it on-stream, and she doesn't want to be on camera, but I wonder if she ever complains that, because of his insistence, she doesn't get to enjoy his birthday with him like she wants to.

Lord Goutabetes constantly claims he and her don't have a lot of time to spend together, you would think him refusing to take the day off for his birthday would be an issue between them. Especially since one day off per week is already apart of his autistic schedule, and he moves it around at the drop of a hat. It's easy enough to have it fall on his birthday, so they can forget about the camera scaring her and enjoy themselves.

I'm probably late to this and shoutout to @Hate Army Watch for this clip but Phil's medical rants are fucking ridiculous. He makes it sound like every doctor, nurse, receptionist, the fucking janitor... everyone in the medical field is incompetent.

Everyone in EVERY field is incompetent according to Phil. The only people I've ever heard him say anything positive about in his entire streaming career is people that give him money or food, because along with his ego that's all he cares about.

A doctor could save his life performing a one of a kind surgery he spent 10 years in education to learn but Phil would be annoyed because it cost him money.
