It's moreso just a reflection of Ralph's parenting skills. No one is trying to target his kids. Ralph uses them a moralfag cudgel when it conveniences him. Just compare it all to Jeff Holiday's situation.
 
Is something wrong with the kids nose I honestly can't tell it definitely doesn't look right to me tho.
 
Really the only thing that looks very unfortunate at the moment is the nose, once the swelling goes down and she puts on a little weight most of the rest won’t be bad, but that nose.

I can't bring myself to wish the death of someone else (not that you, are at all, just to make it clear) especially since I barely know him, but that actually may be the best thing for the kid. If anything it would hopefully save him from being paraded around online and having the internet actively involved in his development. From what I understand Ralph seems pretty unfit to parent a child right now and the prognosis of him growing up and actually being a solid dad looks to be unlikely judging by the consensus. I don't know about the woman. Maybe if Ralph passes away the mom will bail too and then child services can put the baby with a good home, or she will find a good man, or SHE will step up and do a good job. I think the latter is more likely to happen with him out of the picture because it appears Ralph is a very unhealthy influence. These are all just optimistic what-ifs and best case scenario. I hope the kid grows up happy, at least

Ralph only knows pop culture. Roseanne is a Trump supporter, but fat and Jewish, so that was out. Roxanne is most famous as a song about a whore. So they opted to go the ghetto uNiQue spelling option.

He wasn't as trashy as Ralph, and his wife only okayed it because they were middle names; but I knew a kid who named his daughters Morrigan and Felicia (he was a huge Darkstalkers fan).
