Honestly I'm just interested to see just how many tanks they actually hit with that. Javelins and stingers have proper aim assist right? They shouldn't be missing much. (And tanks are fucking big targets.)

Javelins and stingers have proper aim assist right? They shouldn't be missing much.

Who knows? It's super telling we mostly only see hits. The javelin is pretty complex and lots can go wrong with rocketry. I think they're suppressing the misses and bad hits to not give us an idea of the weaknesses.

Could be that it has issues with targets moving suddenly, manufacturing defects in the motors or sensors, or poor target recognition. Also, we only really see them used successfully from really good firing positions.
