Well, Ukraine is on the offensive, Russia just had the biggest shipping delay since the Suez fuckup, /k/ has a thread going about the absolute state of Russian trucking, somebody just fragged his regimental CO to vent about the situation... yeah, things are looking pretty fucking bad for Russia at the moment.

EDIT: Oh, and Azov got another general.
Holyshit, they don't even use pallets and cranes?! And they're supposed to be a modern military?!

Retard, if Russia pushes through it's neo Soviet Union bullshit further and further, not only will America gradually lose all of its economic power and its petro$,
Get fucked.

We're tired of the Eurofags dragging us into shit.

We did our part. You spent 50 years whining at us about it.

We're done. Let us decline in peace.

Here's the secret, most militaries are this much of a clusterfuck. Most western militaries don't deploy in large enough numbers to really stress logistics in a real way, and when they do, they have the US supplying the backbone. China, India, Egypt, the Saudi's, and most other nations don't deploy forces outside of their immediate neighbors, because they physically can't. China is slowly fixing this, but they hare having to dump money into it like you wouldn't believe. Countries like Myanmar, Syria, and Iraq can't even project power within their own borders.

Logistics has always been America's primary strength. But we have had to dump a lot of money and man-hours into developing and maintaining that capability. And the worst part about it is that we can just about maintain a global logistics chain in peacetime. If we had to surge a couple of Armor Divisions and large cohorts of our infantry and artillery over to Europe or Asia in less than a couple of months, we would have to scramble like mad to secure shipping as our Merchant Marine has withered over the years.

All this is to say that you should see Russia having logistics problems as the minimum bar for most modern militaries. I am sure that Ukraine is having the same difficulties supplying its eastern forces, and is probably why they haven't withdrawn them. It is also a cautionary tale of why America must constantly take its rear area forces extremely seriously, and I am deeply worried about the state of them.

What part is that? Taking Ukraine's nukes with a promise to protect it if shit hits the fan, then fucking off to train your military in nail polish techniques in between sending in a CIA or two to topple the government, then acting like a bitch when a war happens just to say it's not your business anymore?
Good job, faggot. Took a shit everywhere then fucked off to your ivory cardboard suburb to smoke weed and watch porn. It's the American way indeed.

How do you know the T14 is trash based on one video of it malfunctioning?

Tanks are complex machines.

You can't say that the Tiger tank was trash just because you saw one image of one stuck in the mud, that's just ridiculous.
Its Techpriest. He still needs to eat a hat before anyone should pay attention to him.

Wouldn't B and C just mean Biden is sanctioning his cronies and family?

Little update on the mediterranean front.
Italian tv just banned the one man who dared to say "Look at what putin did and wrote to ascertain his plans" instead of screaming about Hitler 2: cryptojewish bogaloo.
So the only things you're allowed to hear is chickenhawks reeeing that we have to send our male population to die in a bold foreign intervention.

Pictured above one of the most vile cunts ever, absolutely ignorant about what a nofly zone would mean and what a nuclear exchange would be.
But think of the children!

(sidenote if you want to crush your soul look at how the italian government handles peacekeeping missions,it would be much more humane to just nuke ourselves instead of the death by incompetence we would be assuredly go forward to should we ever decide to declare war on anyone.)

Presumably use of white phosphorus by ukranian forces

A_Callow_Youth, have you seen this footage anywhere?

Not sure if someone has pointed this out yet, since I'm getting caught up, but that's not WP. Not even close.

WP has thick smoke trails and a massive smoke cloud when it gets to ground. It's primary use is as a smokescreen (and it's damn effective at that, since you can be damn sure the enemy won't run through it in addition to its opaqueness).

That is what white phosphorus munitions look like.

"There is no evidence for bioweapons in Ukraine, but we're afraid Putin will hit them" tells you everything you need to know.
But it doesn't. Biolabs have nasty stuff inside. Could be natural. Could be even man-made. You don't have to be developing a weapon to worry about stuff being unleashed.
Same as being worried about a nuclear reactor getting hit - doesn't mean there's warheads inside.
If it's losing to Britbongs in VR training sessions
If that's about the nothingburger regarding the joint exercise with British troops, the British troops were in a mixed unit where they also had Americans roleplaying as the red team. So "America" wasn't beat by "British forces", a blue team being trained was defeated by a mix of Americans and Brits. But this doesn't make for good headlines, so hardly anyone knows about it.
The US loses like one or two major wargames a year, articles are written about it, everyone spergs out, then immediately forgets and waits until the next year so they can sperg out about the US losing a wargame.
You should start to worry when American troops start winning wargames. Now that's a sign of having a third world shithole military.

So what I'm getting is the Italian governments are being chickenhawks because it'd be Uncle Sam's (and Ukrainian's) blood they'd be spilling, correct?

I still can't get over the absolutely bananas number of Javelins. RPGs I could understand but if he Javelin was as effective as advertised Ruskies would be on horseback by now.

Basing this on absolutely nothing but my imagination, I'm guessing the Javelin has issues hitting moving targets outside of a particular range. The missile drops in from above, so it complicates the trajectory. Even if it is moving fast, once it's fired it's fired, you can't redraw the initial arc determined by the initial telemetry computer.

If it was intended to hit moving targets it's got to have some kind of tracking, and with the speed it's moving at it'll have to be something foolproof, robust and quick, so it's likely not optical. Maybe heat/radar signatures? It could be possible that it picks the wrong targets (an already burning buhanka would light up the sensors more than an intact BMP)

Firing at too close a range would rely too much on the initial telemetry readings and not give the onboard tracking time to work or correct, too far a range would risk false positives as the onboard sensors make more decisions.

The US has dumped astronomical amounts of time, money, and equipment into protecting Western Europe. The only reason Eurofags can afford their free healthcare, public transit, and gibsmedats is because Uncle Sam has been pulling security.

That's been the whole postwar world order in a nutshell: "trade with America-sama, and we will protect you".

If you have bad guys that you want us to go fuck up, just say so. We will do it our way. If the threat to you is neutralized, then you have no reason to cry about how it was neutralized.
You should start to worry when American troops start winning wargames. Now that's a sign of having a third world shithole military.
Precisely. Wargames are supposed to detect flaws and shortcomings. Underestimate yourself, and overestimate your enemy. Hubris is how you get Russia's current clownshow, or Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign.

It's still skeezy to have that stuff being conducting in third-world dumps and potential warzones. It's proof that they were doing stuff that they want to keep away from prying eyes or prevent from breaking out stateside.

I hate to break it to you, but we never promised to protect them. We offered them "security assurances" in the form of bringing any potential hostilities to the attention of the U.N. Security Council (of which Russia is a permanent member with veto powers, so that won't do shit with Russia as the aggressor) and consult with impacted members (the latter is being done). That's it.

People should really read it before making stupid claims, the relevant part is literally just 5 bullet points.

As a further aside, agreements involving the executive branch don't mean shit since the executive branch doesn't have unilateral powers to bind us to any foreign agreements. That shit has to be ratified by the senate, and foreign powers are very fucking aware of that.
