They’ve been broadcasting surrender demands for the last three days along with threats that no quarter will be given which is itself a war crime.

It's also stupid. You want your enemy to surrender instead of fight to the death and take as many of your guys and their equipment out on the way. This isn't the middle ages anymore where these sorts of terror actions work. If anything they just make the next fight even harder because even if you do decide to take surrenders this time you won't be believed and you are in the same boat anyway having to waste resources unnecessarily.

(Along with disarmament, "denazification", and forced neutrality). As far as I'm aware the idea that they want to annex The Ukraine, or specifically take Kiev has been speculation moreso than fact.

They also demanded that Russia get to name their Prime Minister, a position that puts their guy about nine millimeters away from the Ukrainian presidency.

Also, what are you smoking and where can I get some? Their opening gambit was to drive straight for Kiev and try to cut the Ukes off from the Black Sea. If they haven’t said that they want to annex the Ukraine, they’re sure as fuck acting like it.

They've only said they want to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine. No definitions for what that actually means have been given. Everything we know has been based on guessing and observing what they went after.

Unless Putin was planning on downsizing his military by losing hundreds of armored vehicles, thousands of soldiers, plenty of aircraft and some ships, I don't think this "victory" is anything but pyrrhic, if you can count getting some water access in exchange for being seen as a pariah state and getting fucked over with sanctions as a victory. It's been solid since the first missile was fired, even if Putin gets everything he wanted, he still loses badly!

Their attempt at taking Kiev as a war objective is not the same as intending to incorporate the city into an annexed zone. I'm speaking in terms of what they want at the end of the war, not what they're doing during it.
