Finally have time to make a comment about the stream. Real hilarious time and wonderful bromance, so many memorable quotes and things. Physics talk, gay jokes between the two, etc. Might favorite but might not since this technically wasn’t first off collab. Watched a little over 30 min, missed end, but still a very fun time.

You guys were right about Vox fans (at least a little). I got a warning on Voxcord for 2 obvious jokes. One is me saying "No bitches at an anime shop, I'm shocked. LMAOOOOO" and another joke "I think Vox and Mysta wants the girls to think they're gay, both the mems and the fans, lol". Keep in mind I said the same shit in Vox's chat and nothing happened, as well as Mystacord and nothing happened. Warning says "You were warned in Vox's Kindred Clan. Reason: Distasteful jokes, assuming liver's sexuality and not listening to the mods" ("not listening to mods" was me telling the admin "It. Was. A. My point still stands, though. It's infinitely more likely that they've both seen the replies to their tweets and thought it wasn't worth it than it being a 'touchy subject'. I sincerely doubt management from either comoany has played a part in this.

Anyway, Bloom and HoloALT thoughts -

Bloom was a very good time, I had a lot of fun watching. Transitions were smoother than BtS, a bit more variety too. I think everything was nicely balanced, besides Rushia getting totally hosed and only getting the one bit part on Halloween Night! and never being on stage besides that. I felt bad for her; apparently she expressed a bit of disappointment on her YT channel member post afterward about it too, but said as long as the fans enjoyed the concert she's happy. The hits keep coming for her recently, and I hope it doesn't lead to her ragequitting or anything. There's a lot of upcoming projects and other concerts upcoming she can have a hand in, she's very talented, we all know it.

Pretty much. Kiara basically said that the whole incident was a nothing burger (her words) and that fans see things as more dramatic than they are in reality like a day after the leak. She didn't mention the leak in specific, but given that she was addressing "recent events" and the only other thing that would fit the bill would be the Rushia situation, which was quite clearly not a nothing burger as Rushia had been fired by that point, it's pretty obvious what she was talking about.

This is just a case of tribalfags tribalfagging, as usual. Throw in the general tendency of Holofans to white knight, as seen previously with the VShojo and Connor drama, and it's not surprising that this "nothing burger" remains alive with some people.

I think VOMS is more "we'll do any style." If Isekai Pikamee was her only look, she'd look fairly conventional. Compared to the rest of the VOMS models, it stands out.

She is just not subverting your expectations. She does face streams despite acknowledging her Japanese audience doesn't like the immersion break, she is on a Gunpla kick and doesn't care if this affects her general growth vs. playing the latest games, she collabs with whoever and had a roommate IRL collab, she even posted a Twitter pic with a cold sore.

She has talked extensively about why she pushed the limits and it wasn't explicitly for content it was for Hololives growth and to bring JP talent and fan relationships beyond the typical idol interactions. In her current state she seems content to quietly enjoy herself. I can imagine her working hard on projects in the background that may or may not shake things up.

In summary, her Hololive content was good because she cared a lot about the company and the talents and her current content is good because she is focusing on herself and enjoying the broader vtuber/streamer landscape.
