Phil could win the lottery (or one of his chat could win and give it all to him) and he'd be one of those winners who end up flat broke and in enormous debt after a couple years. It's never enough.

Alright we've got a lot of morons in the chat talking about me winning the lottery yesterday. Guess what genius, that was yesterday, just because I made money then doens't mean I can afford not to hit the tips goal today!

They also tipped an even $50, versus the apparently converted amounts Emil has been dropping (unless Phil is done playing along and just rounded off to $50?)
So it's either Emil switching names and tipping patterns for no clear reason (we know he's whaled every ER stream for the last while and he hasn't been doxed or anything).
Or it's someone that took the same fake name/last initial setup to take over whaling, apparently somehow aware that Emil was not going to whale today.
Either way, as always, just some seriously fucked up reasoning because nothing about Mr. Transparency can be remotely transparent, a view that has been shared among the cult quite effectively.

Emil sock account tipped an even $20.00 during yesterday's day stream (coiincidentally after I pointed out to coffeecuck's sock account the prior night that country of origin was irrelevant for tips and super chats) so all bets are off for those random cents meaning anything as far as I'm concerned.
