So this whole ratio thing, because I have something resembling a personal life I don't really go on twitter so two questions

1) does getting ratio'd have any meaningful implications in terms even of the superificial " a lot of people agree with me." sense?

2)how likely a lot of the people support is bots or sockpuppet accounts?

No, you have to be terminally online to even know what it means, and need to be even more far gone than that to be anything but slightly annoyed.
