The only thing I can think of is that most respirators have exhalation valves which makes them far more comfortable to wear and use for their intended purposes(construction, etc) and that's what the tard is whining about. If you did want to wear one to pretend to care about Covid it's easy enough to block it so you don't exhale unfiltered air. I have exhalation valve N95s I use for sanding drywall and they're so much nicer.

I doubt that you intended for this, AirdropShitposts, but I do like that with the exception of the last tweet the solution from the people complaining winds up progressing along as it almost always does: "Lets move somewhere/be more like somewhere that's whiter." :story: Without fail it always ends up with Sweden/Scandinavia in general.

God this level of fucking ignorance is appalling. For one thing, the Supreme Court did it, not the President. He didn't "allow" it nor could he have stopped it. More importantly, the decision was not until 2010, when George W. Bush was President. Reagan had not been President for well over a decade.

2010 Obama was president. Bush was 2000-2008. It was passed to be repealed in 1987, but for some reason wasn’t fully applied until 2011.

I hope they know how to clean those respirators properly. I used to wear one for a while in one of the labs (airlock and Be Very Careful job) and it got hosed down with 70% ethanol nightly, and the cartridges / pads changed very regularly. I didnt realise they did them with neck fat-pouch extensions, that’s very inclusive

Bush was the last person who could have had any influence on it, though. It was a 5-4 decision. Obama hadn't seated anyone before it was argued in March of 2009. So correction taken but Reagan couldn't possibly have had anything to do with it.

Also the 1987 thing was the fairness doctrine, Citizens United was about finding political speech (involving campaigning by third parties) to be First Amendment protected. So now third parties like corporations, labor unions, and action groups unaffiliated with campaigns can spend unlimited money promoting their own viewpoint (so-called "independent expenditures").

As for Fairness Doctrine, it was utter bullshit. It was enforced unevenly so left-wing media could do whatever they wanted while right-leaning media was strangled by the need to be “bipartisan.” At best, you would get something like CNN where RINOs would be put on panels to nod along to every leftist talking point.
