They really fight with those tacky printed T-shirts?

btw, just want to point out how hilarious it is to see the first 'dislike' always being that of Vince in real time on literally anything that's even remotely removed from enthusiastic pro-Ukrainian propaganda. and this time around it's just trying to decipher the economics behind the whole 'rubles for gas' shit. I hope you get paid for this, buddy, because if not lmao - he does it for free!
Gotta fight for SOMETHING after fleeing. His friends and family are dying, but hey, he's doing his part by thumbs downing anything that isn't supportive of Ukraine. Its a place worth fighting for, just uh, AMERICANS fighting for it, not Ukrainian men, apparently.

This is one of the reasons why I did not migrate when the war started and my colleagues chose to leave: somebody has to stay behind and make the place better or die trying.
Too bad more people in more places dont think this way.

You're right, we need more serious sources, like this

Catching up hence reply to old posts.
Patrick made a new video and some civvies almost went fully aggro on his ass. Notice in the bus, the World War II era Mosin Nagant and the dude with the AK-74 with the safety off until they hit friendly lines. Can't ID the mag they are talking about. If it's already posted I haven't checked the thread, doing that now. I also subbed to his Patreon. There is nothing interesting on it except this, hot wife, has kids, which he sent away a couple weeks ago.

I did more research on him today, he is legitimately just reporting what he sees, almost exclusively from the DPR and Ukrainian\Donbass civilian side of things. If anything goes up on his Patreon I will report it here.
Thank you for this, I'm going to download his channel as soon as I get a chance. Some real "history in the making" stuff.
If you've spent an extended amount of time on /k/ like I have, this comes as no surprise. /k/ loves a valiant defender and the Ukes have earned that designation while the vatnik and /pol/nigger filth in this thread crow about Uke war crimes (That are objectively, documentedly happening) while remaining silent about the Kadyrovsti and the unrestricted shelling of cities on the part of the Russians. The Ukrainians are doing better than anyone, including themselves, expected them to do. What any outside observer assumed would be a thunder run is now anyone's game.
Seethe.
This is one of the most beautiful things about this shit show, Russia's tank forces have been sperged religiously for literal decades, now it's been exposed for what it is, cheap Cold War Era equipment that has only been "modernized" on paper, it still has an outdated APS making it utterly helpless to even somewhat modern ATGMs, it still has an outdated, cramped design that makes things hell for the crew, and it still has no blowout panels so it still has a one in three chance of launching it's turret and the vaporized remains of it's crew a hundred feet into the air every time it gets hit.
You should watch The Chieftain video. He covers the tank stuff and how the footage we've gotten to date (the date of the video) has been misleading, though he understands why.

Regarding Russian's military, I think there are two appropriate takeaways
  • Most people are exclusively familiar with American-backed militaries and as such their baseline for military performance is Western American performance
  • It's the West who has hyped up the Russian military since the Cold War more than anything else which is better than downplaying it but still
It's also weird to shit on Russian tanks and their forces as you're indirectly shitting on Ukrainian tanks and forces which are mysteriously absent in media. Reportedly Russia is doing so bad that Ukrainians have more tanks now than when the invasion started but we never seem to see Ukrainian armor in action.

It's fun reading people post how Russia is basically almost defeated and should just give up and if they don't take all of Ukraine then they lost. Yeah ok, Vlad is reading your post and deliberating over it in earnest even though the same few people have been saying it for weeks now.

All militaries are a shitshow but the US and some of its pals have really made it comparatively less so that everyone else looks like monkeys in comparison, it's good to keep that in mind.

Personally I expect Russia will get the Donbas and maybe parts of southern Ukraine at least. Then it wouldn't surprise me if western and Ukrainian governments kept those regions stirred up to fuck with Russia for years or decades to come.

Russia itself plays up its military to a ridiculous degree as well though. Look at all the various wonder weapons they show off that have relatively limited production, but uninformed westerners gobble it the fuck up. I mean I don't blame the Russians, God knows you don't wanna say "nah, really, we're not that good"

Nah you’re wrong. Ukraine is going to win this war easily while the dumb vatniks die of starvation and frostbite. Let me post some pictures of dead Russians to prove that I’m not retarded and delusional.

It's like social media bragging with "Living my best life" with a brand new nice thing on display (That took 75 percent of the month's pay if not all of it.) and every nicest part of the furniture that isn't cat scratched to hell is turned towards the camera.

I'm still waiting for somebody to start posting Sputnik unironically. That would be great fun. I start from myself.

Does NK not suddenly have an ICBM that is capable of reaching the US every year for the past five years? I feel like I have seen this kind of talk from every fear mongering outlet at least a few times. Sputnik is actually pretty late to this, if this is actually their first time trying to claim it.

True but it's the same as conventions in the west where they have robots and le ebic dragon armor and stuff. The T-14 and Su-57 are the only big items in recent history I can think of that Russia, as a state, seriously touted as some game changers. Anyone in the west should shrug at them because our existing equipment is better and we actually field it.
