anywho as others had pointed out so I will too cause puzzle piece panda, has he never had cake before? Why is this a "selling point" of his birthday stream? "come one come all watch the 40 year old mature adult ex-body building PC builder evo champ veteran souls player with a 14 year certified legacy and business degree eat cake...for the FIRST TIME!"

or wait "my birthday cake" so has he never had a birthday cake for himself? what does cake and eating have to do with gaming fun? Jebus we're like a year from his schedule just being random words about a subject.

That said, not really paying attention to his ER playthrough just passively listening since it's just he loves the game so much he constantly whines when the game just doesn't sit there and let him win.

Has he done round 2 with the glintstone dragon yet? Or Juno? that annoying supposedly input reading cunt. I assume he's going to finish Volcano Manor before the capitol KINDA locking him out of the Juno fight.

Speaking of input reading, I'm really surprised mr "I check social media and no one is talking about Elden ring cause they quit the game and got stuck unlike me" hasn't used the gif/vid floating around showing a mage in a hallway and 2 lion fuckers on the opposite side of a door way dodging every time the mage fire glintstone pebble into the wall of the hallway not at the lions. Then use that as elden ring coping excuse #918726.

As I posted a couple of days back, DSP and Wings are DMing each other, so it isn't like they're enemies. I doubt there'll be a collab, though.

The more I think about it, the more him going to Fightcade for his members thing makes sense. Super Turbo is his video gaming safe space, but the HD collection's playerbase has been getting more and more sparse. The next Capcom fighting game collection isn't out until June and it only has Hyper Fighting, no Super Turbo or 3rd Strike. Phil is not gonna get any mileage out of Darkstalkers, it will get dropped faster than King of Fighters.

Meanwhile, Fightcade is there, it's free, and people have been telling him it's the best way to play Super Turbo online for literally years. His lame excuse has always been that people cheat with macros, but I think he will agree to try it for the low low price of a 400 member goal, whereupon it will become his standard Friday night game until the heat death of the universe.

I think most know this and we are just memeing.

But also we usually for some reason keeps giving Phil to much credit. This happens every time he has "big news" and we start speculating, even when we try and keep expectations low, our low effort guesses are still better that whatever lazy low effort shit Phil ends up announcing.

One thing to really keep in mind is that Phil is the king of semantics (see Jasper reveal and him claiming nobody guessed that he got a cat), so something he hasn't done before might still be cooking with the king or viewers choice with a different wording and outside his comfort zone could be anything as chicken drumsticks is on the ever growing list of things that are outside his comfort zone:

I appreciate all the excitement in the detractor community about how exciting his Members goal might be. As nice as it is to imagine DSP putting effort into and pulling off something new, a part of me knows how it will go: he'll start the stream anxiously hemming and hawing about how new and exciting it is that he's finally doing [whatever], and then he'll quiet down, enter sausage mode, and then brute-force whatever task he's been set to. He relies on the game's novelty because he inherently lacks the capability to entertain for a period of time. (:_(

(If it's him on stream with Wings or fans though, then he'll instead be nervous the whole time.)

My expectations are always so low and he always, without fail, manages to disappoint me still. It's probably another stupid fucking hat. Or a vest. (Watch it be even lazier than that.)

So the member's goal is he'll do a reaction video to 2017's Down The Rabbit Hole video about him. He's gotten one new member so far...

He actually said that he's already watched it, it's not that bad, Knudsen got most things correct and only a few things need clarification. There's a reason he's doing this with a 5-year old video...

I think he also said he spoke with Knudsen and he's an OK guy (not a detractor) but I didn't catch much of that part.
