Lucas is so full of shit. To 'gain political experience', he joined a party that doesn't even secure 1% of the vote, ran an entire political campaign, and stood on stage and debated why he should be the next whatever he ran for. That's a whole lot of effort for a job he didn't even want. He could have just volunteered for a proper candidate and take a public speaking course. It reminds me of Russell Greer, who puts all this effort into stupid lawsuits and songs, instead of being a paralegal, learning to play an instrument, and take some composition courses.
