You know I had been careless in preparing information on Lawrence Wilmore Hadley and I completely neglected to include his partner. That's unfair. These are serious allegations that I take personal exception to. I'm fully willing to retract/disclaim what I say, provided proof to the contrary, but as it stands whoever sent Null that message really hitched their wagons together. So maybe you can answer this: now that there is a written public record emphasizing this link made, it would be far more damning for the fraudster if it's fake, no? If I might point out the exact opposite... and blackpill coming:

Null is going to need several thousand dollars just to start this fight. WAY, WAY more if this lolsuit actually is real and goes to court. All while the Farms may be offline due to them pulling a fuckery with the server hard drives, which is a bold and innovative way to shut down a service you don't want online. At the same time it'll cut all of us off from any way of discussing things or Null from effectively generating any form of support.

Beyond just having a contingency plan for communicating and organizing if the Farms IS, in fact, taken down temporarily by these clowns...

I'd love to donate to the cause, but in this situation wouldn't it be putting at risk our privacy? If this did go to court, then lawyers might subpoena financial records which would lead to a mass doxxing worse than the one a couple of years ago.

Brian Krebs wrote about it recently. But the common theme I'm seeing is that this retard is a script kiddie that can't write code or find an exploit. He goes for the low-hanging fruit, "social engineering."

It certainly screams fake, with the "give us the farms' HDDs" thing being so fake that even Upstream refused to comply and was shocked to their senses. But at the same time, we don't know.

We have no reason to believe these lawyers have anything to do with this.

Path seems suss, given the stonewalling, but in the most charitable possible interpretation they may have broken ties with the pedophile Corey Barnhill- potentially they could be being attacked by him themselves at this very point- and simply be trying to ignore the problem. For all we know the lawyers 'implicated' by the email may be retained by Path to litigate against Barnhill himself over some breach of contract that he's engaged in against them. I'm sure he'd find it funny to have people sperging out about the lawyers targeting him.

No harm in collecting information, but there's no need to speculate too much until Null can confirm more.
