I'm no aviation expert and my name is not Martin Baker, but I can see how this might be a favourable adaption on board a helichooper.

It's very neat and very cool; the Russians don't have many Ka-50/52 however. Their main attack helicopter force is the Mi-24/35 and Mi-28. There are downsides to the rotor configuration though, namely the mechanical complexity of the system.

Mariupol has pretty much devoured much of the Russian efforts in the south. It's ground down a lot of men, material, munitions, and morale. They've held out for quite a long time there, and the Russians are not looking too hot anywhere at the moment.

Personally, overall I thought well of Putin until he started this war. Didn't agree with everything he did but, yes, he did oversee Russia's recovery. He has been a strong leader. Have joked that Putin should come here as a "contract President", vastly better than Joey. Just believe he could have gotten much of what he wanted from Ukraine through peaceful means.
