Apparently one of them had their dox leaked?

One that is served or shown to ONE company so that it can tell ANOTHER company it does business with to do something but sealed in a specific way so that the 3rd party company can see it but the company actually being ordered to do something cannot... EXCEPT for one passage? How the fuck would that even be written on the order? This is even more byzantine than US courts like to be. I know sometimes lawyers basically write prospective orders to have judges sign them but this seems like stretch.

Good catch. Between this and some of the other examples posted here it seems more and more likely that Path glows harder than the Demon Core, and is probably being run by a lot of people who would have taken plea deals for committing a lot of the shit that the company nowadays aims to prevent for its clients. Cosmo in particular seems to have a fairly extensive laundry list of these things going as far back as around 2012 which I've gone ahead and added to this thread.

Really, this ought to be quite damning to their business considering that even today they're resorting to weird petulant tactics you'd see from places like OGU, HackForums et al.
