Regulating morality is the same as regulating free speech, it can’t work. Much of society’s current dysfunction comes from the active gagging and suppression of ‘politically undesirable’ material as opposed to a free and open public debate.
Without an unelected media/technocratic elite working with one side of Politics, Biden would not be President, the Ukraine would likely not have been invaded, Afghanistan’s withdrawal may not have resulted in the Taliban’s resurgence, and inflation would not be going nuts.
What we need is for everyone from Gen X onwards to put on their big boy pants and discuss ideas on their merits.
