As I understand, No, and the fact that it wasn't and she claimed it was is what got her a short term suspension at the time.

That said Towa did have Really bad Opsec in her early days. I still remember one of the earlier clips I came across in relation to vtubers was that clip of her and Coco's collab where she for whatever reason activated a webcam that was just laying around in her house.

At least Gura confirmed her content will not change if she moves to Twitch. With this and Amelia the platform finally will see a different vtuber content thats not what they sadly saw on G4TV, but thats me on hopium.

Not outright Gura related, but it wouldn't surprise me if Twitch / Amazon paid Cover to obtain a streaming rights or a set quota to promote the platform. It's wouldn't be an absurd theory to run with, considering the absurd money that was being thrown around to guys like Disguised Toast, Ninja and Ludwig in prior contract negotiations

To build off my comment yesterday about twitch and its ecosystem, I used to use the site to browse Dota 2 streamers while I still played it(so this was well over 3 years ago) and even then it was constantly pushing non-gaming content onto my frontpage. I swear I've done my best to not see Amouranth's ugly face but almost every time I opened the site she was up front and center or on my sidebar. I don't know what I did to make the algorithm think all I wanted to see was her, but it made even opening the site an obnoxious chore. I'm probably a retard and missed some sort of mute/block function but I swear to god I looked all over at the time. It left an intensely bad taste in my mouth, and nothing I've heard about the site since(the deer weirdo comes to mind every time I think about twitch) has made it sound any better than what I left it as.

Again, this is speaking as someone who last tried to seriously use the site maybe three years ago, but it felt like it's out of your hands in how you curate what you see on the site. I wish I could put up with it to watch Jerma live, but I'm a pissbaby who just can't stand it.

I personally dislike Twitch because the site fucking sucks unless you have REALLY good internet.
This comes from experience when I used to watch LOL Worlds at Twitch before they moved to other platforms.
Idk if they fixed or changed it, but I remember when non-partner streams used to be 1080p or just don't watch lmao. I also remember when 144p was still laggy as shit.

I personally prefer Youtube because it's a better experience for a variety of people.

Oh yeah I forgot to even mention that half of it, half the time I'd try to watch anything on there, even the aforementioned Jerma streams, I'd have to buffer now and then. Never have to do that on youtube streams.

It's also a massive resource hog so you can't watch it on a toaster. Even susantube is better despite its chat being absolutely horrible when it comes to performance.

Whenever she switches to JP she uses her normal voice. She uses the same "grandma voice" in her old collabs with Yuni though, so maybe she just speaks English like that for some reason.

As someone pointed out previously, their camaraderie is what makes Myth so great. They were thrown in the deep end with the popularity of Hololive but left to sort everything out themselves. It must've been incredibly hard to manage the expectations of hundreds of thousands of people while receiving absolute dog shit support from Cover.
