It's pretty clear that this is pretty fresh, we are too early to know who really killed these people and all we have are loose and context-less claims by ukranians, denying russians and twitter checkmarks wanting to throw jets at ukraine.

There are some important people wanting to investigate further before drawing conclusions, The issue is that we don't know the ratio between politicians who think "we need more investigation before making any moves" and "OMGF RUSKIA IS LITERALLY DOING HOHOLOCAUST QUICK MORE GUNS". What sucks is that now that all of this is known, whoever is in the area will start to tamper around with the bodies, making the corpses less ideal for investigation. Hell, probably even deny access to the bodies for investigation. Which will only leave us with whatever information the people in charge of the bodies wants to push.
