OBS has a built in browser that I find is way less temperamental as a source than Display Capture or Window Capture.
In terms of video, it won't accidentally capture my browser if I accidentally mouse over to the screen that it is on, which was a problem I encountered with Display Capture.
In terms of audio, it won't pick up random Windows sounds (which I have turned off, but something always finds a way through, thanks Microsoft).
1. Open OBS.
2. Add Source.

5. Paste URL. Change default Width and Height from 800 x 600 to 1920 x 1080. Select Control audio via OBS. Click OK.

6. The only thing you have to do for different streams is paste a new URL by going to the properties and change the URL.

7. Right click workspace > Transform > Fit to screen.

8. Click Interact to launch a window to actually interact with the browser. Maximize stream window when live. Remember to set relevant stream quality. Close Interact window.

9. Default audio will record when recording, but you won't hear it. If you want to hear the audio while it is recording go to Audio Mixer > Browser > Settings > Advanced Audio Properties > Audio Monitoring > Select Monitor and Output.

The last few Pippa streams have been absolute buffering nightmares for me, even on the lowest resolution and after refreshing the page.
So my work around is to pop out chat as its own window for chat interaction and to just watch the stream in OBS, since I'm recording the stream anyway.
OBS defaults to Monitor Off for Audio Monitoring, so to turn on as to actually be able to listen to the stream:
Edit > Advanced Audio Properties > Audio Monitoring > Monitor and Output

Current change is to replace the browser source Custom CSS with:
body { background-color: #000000; }
To clear up the vanished scroll bar error that OBS Browser Source has.

The aforementioned ethot was assblasted over vtubers and couldn't handle that people were giving money to "fake girls". So she played the usual pedophile card because it's hard to distinguish an anime girl from a real child. Obviously, Gura is a chad and handled it with her usual brand of humor by doubling down. The result was her thumbnail in the very next stream after Brittany's meltdown having some interesting text above the game's title, and then when she reacted to her debut stream she mocked her again using some of the exact same language that was used against her.

Wait has Koyori rested at all? Her longest break between the past 4 streams was 4 hours between her two Elden Ring streams earlier today. After that was only 3.25 hours to her radio stream, and she started streaming Elden Ring almost immediately after 2 hours ago. Holy hell the grind is real with this woman.
