-to accomplish this denazification we must annex the russian speaking areas of ukraine into russia
-the remaining areas should be left as a neutral and demilitarized remnant state
-to ensure the permanent neutrality and demilitarisation of this state there must be a permanent russian military presence within it

Looks like the first signs that Mariupol will be taken soon emerged around 250 Ukrainian troops surrendered. Only took the Russian 40 days on its strongest axis to start taking 1 city no wonder they gave up on Kyiv. Mariupol is a city on the coast near Cremea. The city had been cut off from supplies and aid for 3 weeks.
