I cannot see a Jim and Pippa colab ever getting green lit. Jim has a huge fan base with a not insignificant percentage of poltards. That means problems for a small company trying to hang on to the idol image. Pippa's already blowing up more than the others due to things like the Ralph stream and her draw, for better or worse, are weirdo outcasts like me. Her surge would make expectations of what the rest of the company is or is like and I don't think Sakana wants that. It's a hell of an audience to court. I also know how fragile all of this is and worry about getting the wrong attention. Teeny bopper troons are trying cancel Cali for something she said almost a decade ago. That same pressure put on Phase Connect I can easily see breaking the small company as no apology will ever appease the mob.

I am very grateful that the fishman let's the little bunny out on a long leash. I am a PC shill and I like the comfy little community, even if I can't understand what the hell half of them are saying. Their smiles I will protec until my keyboard breaks or they take away my internet privileges again.

EDIT: One other thing, the Pippa superchats on Jim's stream are awesome, but I hope they don't continue to the point where they become annoying for either Jim or Pippa. I can easily see this becoming one of those pain-in-the-ass running jokes that won't die.

This is most certainly a potential problem. The Sweetie Squad was a funny idea that got ran into the ground and I'm kinda glad that it's coming back as sort of jab. I don't think it will go any further than this as this requires real money and we have reached the peak of where this joke can go. That might be optimistic of me as spergs are spergs because they sperg.

I will say that my favorite running gag with Pippa is either that it's her birthday or that one stream where everyone acted like she was graduating because of her stream title.

The effects could still be felt in January 2021 as she had a higher proportion of foreign comments vs moonspeak, compared to other Hololive Japan members. She was stained by the male voice yab, the gachikoi nips never returned and others steered around her.
She was only beat by Akirose and Azki in non-jp comments. The former because of the great reddit saviorfag rally that boosted her from rock bottom.
I would be interested in an update to this chart.

I was aware this chart existed but since it has my attention again:
- IIRC there was speculation that AZKi's % was skewed by people writing "AZKi" in chat. Idk if that makes sense.
- Surprised that Anya was above Iofi, since nowadays she has scheduled Japanese streams, which I don't think Iofi does. Then again Anya had only just debuted (can't remember).
- I'm also interested in an update. Until then I shall baselessly speculate.

Cake with Matsuri, Aki and Calli sounds like an interesting group. The collab with Koyori is listed on Koyori's schedule as "English stream collab". Recently Koyori seems to want to produce regular English content, and I don't mind at all.

Here is a brief summary:
Gen 0: AZKi is still strong (maybe really some "exploit" if you can call it this way), Roboco mostly in second place
Gen 1: Of course Haachama, who else? Aki is in second place
Gen2: Choco was leading most of 2021 but was overtaken by Ayame last month
Gamers: Korone, even if she halved her percentage in comparison to her english high time (over 40 % in late 2020)
Gen 3: no real winner here
Gen 4: Towa, but Luna surprisingly overtook her last month
Gen 5: Botan slightly higher than the others. Lamy's GFE/chatting streams hurt her non-jp chat numbers
Gen 6: Lui is leading since their debut, Koyori's March was alot better so the grind slowly pays off

JP stats for EN and ID:
ID 1+2: Anya very strong, second is Iofi

No surprises in the EN and ID stats. Called the change in Anya's rank. I haven't paid attention to how much Japanese Zeta speaks on stream, but if one said her design and personality were both more appealing to a JP audience than those of her genmates I'd believe it. Bae gives the impression of doing more cross-branch content than IRyS.

Oddly, Lamy and Iroha have the lowest non-JP % of their gens but the highest total English live translations in March (Lamy by a large margin).

Anya also had one of the most potato PCs I've seen a Holo have at debut. So she was hamstrung by that at first as well. If you watch her debut/early streams, you can see even her model STRUGGLE.
