If C is going to see specialists- gastroenterologist for colonoscopy etc- they will have to go through diet, if she discloses about the diarrhoea, right? They would have to in Australia, because universal system so they go in at you about prevention (a good thing IMO). But would C be able to find a laissez faire HAES gastroenterologist in Burgerland who won't even mention diet or weight?
Wouldn't the reason why the diarrhoea is happening be obvious to C, fatty foods after gallbladder- surely that would have been mentioned at the time of her procedure?
Imagine your food choices mean you shit yourself constantly and the bank denies you a house. That is not paying attention to your body- that's not even paying attention to outsiders abstract financial advice to do with your food consumption, let alone what your internal signals are telling you.
