You don't get it from PACER, you get it from the court reporter. The stenographer for the case is listed on the first page of the transcript, which Dan shows on his podcast - because he got the transcript. You can clearly see the file open on his computer. Furthermore, going to the Milwaukee courts page shows that the transcript was filed with the court on April 5, 2022. Calm down, child.
