I'm not sure of the specifics of this meet-up. Especially since I got that screenshot from the /vt/ thread with no further detail on this either (used as a shitpost instead). I would guess it's a fan-only meet-up but I'm not so sure.
I like the idea of it but I don't know if Hologra as it is now would translate well for EN performers and the audience. Maybe if the script writers understand western humor and language better it would work; otherwise it could end up a disaster like the UmiSea anime shorts - Where the dialog worked well for Marine and Aqua, but came off as weird and awkward for Ina and Gura. The only ones who understand how to perform these Japanese scripts would be Kiara, IRyS and probably Bae. Kiara actually brought this up a while back after she debuted in that sketch with Iofi and Botan about EN being involved more in Hologra and she said felt she's the only one in Myth who understands and can perform Japanese styled comedy skits.

Precisely. I'm one of those that don't really like japanese styled humor, it looks like schizoposting sometimes with the sheer incomprehensible displays. I didn't watch HoloGra at all before they started doing the contextualized subtitles, I like it a bit now but I don't always laugh. Watame's shorts are neat, but I watch them mostly for the sheep. Still, I want HoloGra EN to happen, if they give the girls full creative control over it, they are basically giving the likes of Amelia and Baelz a box full of top notch tools at their disposal to build whatever the fuck they want to build, has some serious potential!

They improved a lot on their line reading, Amelia's first promos were a little cringy to watch, but Ina herself admits she is a terrible voice actress, some of the others might not be that good at it as well. Could work if they had creative control, but if they were just churning out scripts from the JP Office and having them perform them, it would be pretty fucking awful!
