There has got to be a name for Fatricks relentless compulsion to ALWAYS get in the last word to any slight against him by responding to every form of communication that is directed at him. It’s more than just ego and narcissism etc etc.
I think he is mentally incapable of not responding to an insult or slight, even of the most ridiculous, light hearted or innocuous kind. It’s fascinating from a clinical standpoint.
The sheer energy and attention it takes for him daily to keep up with and respond to all this shit is mind boggling.
He has to enjoy it. There is no other explanation.
Is it a battle of attrition for him? Just outlast the pests til they tire and stop, hence he wins?
Because if this is what he thinks this page will go down in kiwifarms lore as the longest thread in history.

Normally I'm not one to cheer on a dude getting necklaced in divorce or family court; I've known some guys who went through that mess and the sheer viciousness some women can show when they decide to dumpster a guy can be absolutely breathtaking. The argument could be made that what happened contributed to how fucked up he is now, especially with alcohol, and I'm sure that's part of it, BUT-- I'm a firm believer that alcohol is an amplifier. It doesn't turn you into something you're not, it allows the guy who's way down inside you to come out and play. The guy that Patrick is now was always in there. He just used to be better at hiding it.

Imagine being such a cumstain of a human being your ex wife doesn't even take you for all your net worth in court but runs in the opposite direction and makes you sign away your parental rights. He's not even good enough to her as a meal ticket, she genuinely did not want him in their childs life at all.

There probably some obsession with winning in his need to respond to trolls, but I think a lot of it is a very disturbing need for control. If he doesn't respond than the other person is in control of the conversation and Pat can't stand that.
If only he controlled his caloric consumption.
