How many people are still living on the tranch? Is it really just Phil, Kevin, Jen and Jarod? Even Sky might have jumped ship if what he said about the dog he got killed not living at the tranch was true.

Allegedly there were 13 according to a TikTok by Phil. In terms of confirming residents some are smart enough to not tardpost but end up in pictures. In the Shearapalooza and some of the landscaping pics/construction you could count those who weren't just visitors. As far as permeant members?

-for serfs...Daisy lies low but lives there and works (he has a trading card and i found his Twitter earlier ITT and i believe I got his real name?), Jarrod ofc who actually works and is Penny's new pet bitch.
-Kev and Jen are the house pests pets. Sky is the house cuck but he owns the place. Penny is the Alpha Troon
-The two outdoor FTMs (fat black and schizoposter) who have Jarrod as their money manager. They have a trailer or something.

That's only 8 that I can confirm are still around.
---
Also, I think the kandi raver ftm had someone break up with her. Girls only doompost like that when someone breaks their heart.

Last I knew she was dating Neck as well as her black ftm and I suspect Jarrod because why would you redirect all your money through him of all people? She's bitching also about someone who noticed her cuts and allegedly ~shamed~ her (as if it wasn't a cry for help) or was a big fat meanie and it's why shes so Cluster B "unlovable".... Since she doesn't leave the ranch my guess is she had a spat with one of her many tranny lovers.

Someone in the Tranny Sideshows thread pointed it out... But its amazing how she's in a complete asspatting circlejerk echo chamber of affirmation and understanding away from the nasty cis hets but STILL is skitzposting like crazy. I might check her tumblr later as well to see if the doomposting continued there.

We've seen leftist houseshares and official communes fall apart before, and there really aren't a lot of Jonestowns. Usually people just quietly move on, until it's all gone. La Zorra and even the Black Hammer settlement weren't a bang, just a series of quieter and quieter whimpers.

The X-factor here is the alpacas. When there aren't enough humans to take care of a giant herd, or to come up with cash for their food, that's a lot of bodies. Maybe even enough for a rural county to notice, or for troon-blinded animal welfare NGOs.

Easy to drift out of your city commune when you're leaving behind a couple other adult hippies and you're sure they can handle the chore wheel between them. Could be a moment of guilt because the utilities had to be in someone's name and now there's nobody else chipping in, but hey, no ethical consumption of electricity, right?

When enough troons have left, is Penny going to start guilting the remaining workers that if they go, the alpacas will die without them? Or is he like a self-deluded frog sitting in boiling water?

It'd be a PR nightmare to try to fundraise to fix the loss of workers, but it seems like the Tranch has momentarily forgotten they have PR to manage.

I don't really need any other PR other than the fact that they're leftist trannies. They basically have the big internet handed to them and jannied for them. It's been a while since Penny has put out a puff piece, but he has bigger fish to fry.

Also as much as we talk about leaving Kevin I honestly don't think that will ever happen because Penny gets some sort of weird fatherly satisfaction as a provider taking care of Jen (who has a tugboat) and Kevin. He lets them be children and play toys while Daddy works. The kids have their "chores" and sometimes cook or put in "extra effort" but Daddy is the one who has to be the reliable and accountable adult to ensure it doesn't all fall to shit. He also clearly keeps the kids out of "adult issues" as Kevin is remorselessly buying plane tickets and transfoomers while theres $9 in the Tranchfund and Jen is spergging about the next boardgame campaign to nobody on Twitter.

Dad Penny missed his chance at actually raising his own two kids thus enjoys Cosplaying as a parent with his two pet retards who he used to have lots of gay sex with before he got his balls removed and lost his sex drive (shocker).

He likes his position as provider. He loves feeling like he's working hard to provide for others and "protecting" them. That's his entire reason he started the Tranch.

There's an old joke about the difference between a conservative and a liberal:

When a conservative sees a man drowning, he yells to the drowning man to swim harder as it will help build character.

When a liberal sees a man drowning, he throws a rope to the drowning man, then drops his end of the rope and wanders away, patting himself on the back and looking for a new person to "rescue".

Phil has reversed the liberal scenario by being the one actually drowning, yet throwing ropes* in every direction to appear as if he's rescuing others. No wonder the Lakota and other "lucky beneficiaries" of Phil's largess give all the appearance of backing away skeptically during his "charitable" encounters, as they can recognize that he is sus AF.

*Not to be confused with Kevin talking about how cool it is to have someone "shooting ropes" of jizz down his gullet, as he puts it, just as any real true woman would phrase it. Or so he imagines in his pornsick head.

The other main stumbling block is Kevin. Unless Penny ditches him on the failing tranch, he's going to have to contend with a petulant useless manchild draining his finances and demanding transport of a near-infinite array of plastic crap. The emotional fallout from asking Kevin to leave his plastic crap behind would be incredible though
Kevin is fucking off to England in a few weeks. Perfect opportunity to box up his stuff and put it on amazon/craiglist/grindr/whateverthefuck, pocket some change and ride off into the sunset, never to be seen again. No conflict, no confrontation, just Kevin sitting in the airport, waiting for mxtress to pick him up, with the slowly dawning realisation that nobody's coming. Imagine the real-time tweetstorm.

> be serf
> spend months doing hard labor in freezing temperatures for no money
> develop a persistent cough and a steadily worsening pain in your lower back
> one day accidentally hack a deep gash in your thigh with a hatchet
> knock on the door and politely and respectfully ask to use the first aid kit
> Jen grudgingly lets you in
> see Kevin sitting at the table autistically banging two Transformers together and shouting "Pew! Pew!" like they're having a little battle
> a bit of plastic flies off of one of the Transformers and hits you in the eye
> see the guns hanging on the wall

Paul should be down there with a shotgun demanding to be bought out of the Tranch before Penny does a runner and leaves him (and Sky) holding the baby.

Does Penny actually have any assets sunk into the Tranch? I can definitely see him riding off into the sunset with the 2 constructor trans waving middle fingers to everyone has he leaves.

Do any of the tractors or trucks or whatever happen to be in Penny's name? If so he could liquidate and secure a new location and bail out suddenly.

I don’t think there’s much of value. The tractor, if they do still have it, was in Bonnie’s name but it’s a lease anyway, it would just go back if they stop paying.
Penny’s truck is worth very little and is possibly still broken.
There was a mk1 Leaf on the property until late last year, that could be worth 10k but no clues as to who owns it or if it’s already been disposed of.
That’s why I was wondering about the curiously indulgent contractor tools.
It could just be typical troon foolishness though, spending money on shiny things.

Are they really not doing anything with the animal shit except letting it sit there?

It seems like the sort of thing they might have dropped a bundle on back when they were flush with the first, biggest Earl-related gofundme windfall.

The question of who legally owns what, aside from the property itself, seems to me secondary to the question of who's got their hands on it and who could realistically take it from them. I don't see anybody in a position to stop Phil from doing pretty much whatever he cares to.

Well, it definitely seems to be the current trend:

A continuing case of “all the gear and no idea”.
How much of a market is there for shoddy DIY interior finishing in a place like that?
Lakota grift: forgotten and abandoned.

All sarcasm aside though, if Penny reforms the tranch and basically just lives there with his homies and does an honest job, and has a few pet alpaca, and stops the endless narcissistic dogooding and grifting: fair play to him. It would be a sad end to the milk flow for us though.

I'm distressed that I legitimately can't tell if that photo is supposed to be a before or after picture. I can't think of why they'd include a before picture when advertising their services, but... if that's an after picture I ALSO can't imagine why they'd include it while advertising their services.

Christ.

Wow, only 35 bucks for something I could make with a room temp IQ level and 2 dollars in materials from the local craft store? Where do I get mine???
This is the kind of shit you'd get buying from some tard workshop for slow-in-da-minds. You're not giving them the money for the object but because you feel sorry for a retard.

Whoever owns even a fraction of real estate can force a partition sale, forcing the property to be sold and split pro rata between the other owners. This is why never allow anyone to own a fraction of anything you do as well. So whoever is on the deed can force a sale, or use the threat of doing so to encourage a good offer to buy them out.

I don't know shit about tractors but I'm assuming that his hay bale tractor is second hand. He and Jarrod were also looking at that one vintage white tractor that seemed to be from a family member as well.

I'm guffawing at that drywalling job its not even equal with the windows. This person who is having them work has to be doing a house flip right??? Like no way would I live with that.
