It happens, unfortunately. So many good teams and people who love to win, but ultimately only one 1st Place spot and 1 opportunity to get there. Even Top 10 is a huge task with teams like these barring your path.

If it makes you feel better, ShibuyaHal seems to be indicating that this is the last V-Saikyo that will feature APEX, as he believes the game will not survive another year of competitive play and is expecting it to die soon.

On the other hand, it'll only be replaced by VALORANT and Overwatch 2.

As shitty as both of those games are, at least they're not a BR so you have constant gameplay and action happening so it's infinitely more watchable. Valorant is honestly kinda fun to watch because of crack children who play it for 18 hours a day and can click on a head before you even realize someone is on screen.

Hope its not upbeat and its actually pretty slow and mellow. While those two words are not what I would associate with Pippa, its what fits her voice the best.

Valorant is the worst fucking game I have ever had the misfortune of watching. I would rather have them do League or Runeterra over that shit. Overwatch while I don't give 3 shits about the game at least watching someone play is not suicide-inducing.

I'm also not a fan of Valorant, however more teammates per team might make for some pretty interesting interactions, and would also encourage people like Shu Yamino, Bobon, Nari Yang etc to join.

LoL isn't popular in Japan and Hal will only make a tournament of a game big enough to get big views and sponsorships. CR members like Selly come from Overwatch and you can bet there'll be a CR Overwatch 2 team and the game will likely fall into the competitive rotation. Then you'll have all kinds of players playing in teams and 8x Top 500 Selen may have her moment to style on people.

In the 2nd tournament it was specially mentioned that the prize is 3 PC (as seen in the clip from last year). But I think they only showed the prices without any kind of quantity so who knows.

You definitely nailed it. The RTX 30s really do have hotspot temp problem and it's most likely the video memory chips around the gpu dye. The 3070 and below use just GDDR6 but 3070 ti and above use "GDDR6X" - it runs way too hot and it really needs to be modded with better thermal pads and copper cold plate. Otherwise, just run the fans at higher RPM, it's easier to replace fans than a soldered video memory chip. Thicker fans would be better...more noise though.

Roberu and Reimu getting on the top 10 was unexpected, Startend played hard but they really needed a tardwargler like RPR, Reimu had IPN and Selen and it showed

Beta will start soon, they announced a new character recently that got IGN flamed to hell because they claimed it was the first black woman in the game when Farah, her mom and Sombra are in the game since forever, apparently Egiptians and Hispanics are white now and should check their privileges

Beta comes out next week so the game will release sometime in the coming months I guess.

It's pretty much guaranteed to become the 'next big thing'. Selen wants to ranked grind and do collabs. Sonny was a Master. Vox was Diamond. Towa wants to get people into it. VSPO and Niji are full of FPS addicts. Get comfortable with that being on the schedules.

Let me preface this by saying that I know jackshit about computers or streaming. But could the problem they have with running through computers/parts be mitigated by having two separate PCs? One dedicated to streaming with all their vtuber software on it and one dedicated to streaming the actual video games? Or would that cause a whole bunch of other issues?
