Depends on what level.

I've heard - and by that I mean it's for sure true, but I've never bothered to know the details - it really does change the appearance of female genitalia, enlarging the clitoris, but for the male ones, maybe it makes them slightly smaller ? Definitely not a very pronounced effect, does not prevent erections, but does mean nothing will come out of it during orgasm.

H.R.T. can definitely have an impact on libido, however (Talking purely MtF here, no idea about FtM), but as I've said, it's only libido and not erectile (dys)function: Erections work the exact same way, but you get them more rarely (and still get them if aroused, it's just that you're aroused "spontaneously" less often). Mind you it can apparently raise or lower libido, it's kinda random with people, and perhaps there are a few extreme cases of libido skyrocket/flat out dying, but I'd imagine that's more a case of bad dosage.

As to fertility, yeah, you're completely infertile while on H.R.T., however, it goes away once off H.R.T. (Hence why both transmen can get pregnant and transwomen can freeze some sperm - before the proverbial d#ck-off surgery, for example - way after H.R.T has started if they stop for a while).

What absolute trash, this is a low even for Jim. A disgusting joke about him having the shits, a weak jab at Activision over vaccine mandates of all things and then him rolling out tired talking points about working from home. There is no reason for this low effort garbage to exist.

His anti-depressants don't cure his depression
His HRT doesn't replace his natural hormones (let alone chromosomes)
His vaccine may not have done anything against Rona
That last one is the most speculative for sure, but the story of Jim Sterling is increasingly becoming one of one man being let down time and again by medical science. It's also a warning of what happens when medical science is used to replace personal responsibility in all of these situations.

I think he's in some cuck poly relationship with multiple guys and one girl.

With UK politics the only thing they don't give trannies is self ID, although the Conservative party nearly did (The last prime minister was all for it until Boris came in who is like mini-Trump to them).

To be fair it was much easier/cheaper to get to work in the gulags when you also ate, slept and lived there, because you couldn't leave unless you dropped dead. Stalin would even comp you your train journey out there with the rest of your comrades.

The side effect of Covid on the NHS is there hasn't been enough resources to deal efficently with things like cancer or operations in general where there's now huge backlogs but that doesn't affect someone like Jim who's basically a health tourist.
