In this conflict either side will gank you if your in the wrong place at the wrong time if your someone like CRP, To Russians he's an American (and the Russians REALLY dont like Americans) to Ukrainians he's a Russian Sympathiser.

The Russians are specifically targeting Civilian areas with no millitary value so it wouldn't shock me if he was caught up in a Russian Air / Artillery strike, he might not have been home when it happened he could have been out trying to get food or medical assistance and walked right into a strike.

I've seen pictures of a market, or food distrobution station that was opened up on by the Russians using a BMP and rockets so it's a distinct possibility he's been killed by Russians.

Oh I forgot to post my original theory: CRP was actually a Russian spy and the whole acting like a deranged retard was part of his disguise. If CRP ran off to Poland then I would have to ask how the hell he got in since the Ukrainian side of the border will make him turn back since fighting age males cannot leave the country by law unless they have a serious medical condition. If he didn't go through the border checkpoint then he probably braved illegally sneaking into Poland which would fuck him over as he would stand out because he probably doesn't know any Polish and if he tries to play off being a Ukrainian then the Polish border services will be able to find a Ukrainian really quick to verify whether he is one or not.

If he got caught crossing the border illegally then he risks getting deported to his home country, wherever that is...

Well, Russia has been really tight-lipped about anything from their side and doesn't even let soldiers take phones into the country without some reason so I think he might have tried and they told him to fuck off. If they're worried about their own soldiers causing OPSEC problems, it's safe to assume they'd be even more worried about some foreign grifter.

In my opinion he was most likely killed by vigilantees or some schizo paramilitary group, considering he was still displaying messages but not responding to them - someone else has his devices. If he didn't become a Ukrainian citizen then yeah, disregard my post about the law for citizens. My bad if true. Still, if he does leave Ukraine he won't have the right to stay in Poland since he won't be covered by the rules for Ukrainian refugees and might be offered a flight elsewhere if anything but that's just me guessing at this point since the situation is somewhat chaotic as we got 2 million people just up and showing up at the Polish border in a very short amount of time.
