They're so immersed in this hyper affirming community that it doesn't matter anymore if they "pass" or look good at all, what matters is the chorus of "stunning and brave". They're also encouraged to disregard anyone that says something they might not like as bigot transphobes. So they rach a point where what they see with their eyes doesn't matter anymore. Just by virtue of being a trans woman, they're beautiful, attractive and literally indistinguishable from natal women. Truth becomes whatever the people around them are saying.
