on the nsopw it shows about ~30 sex offenders within a 1 mile radius from him, a couple of which are even women. and then about ~300 within 3 miles. Larry Hammermaster II lives right around the block from Cobes, along with several others within only minutes of his house, and many many others in the surrounding area. every single one of them honestly looks like they could be a recurring character in the Cobraverse.

I'd go out and say that people that have the type of autism Cobes has don't have an innate or sturdy sense of morals. They can learn to distinguish what's right and wrong but it's mostly mimicry.

If there were no age of consent laws and it wasn't seen as immoral socially. Then he would have no problem with fucking twelve year olds. He's a good person in the sense that he likes helping people and doesn't want to hurt anyone, but because he's autistic he has to artifically set his moral compass to the "social standard". I imagine as a child he learnt the hard way that, to get by, he needs to mimic everyone else's morals.

He wears shirts with "#Anti-rape" written across them and shouts "fuck chimos" because he's trying to literally show off that he has morals. He's obviously insecure about it.

If he's ever had a terrible thought I'd imagine he get's legitimetly upset that he even thought of it. He can distinguish what's right and wrong, but if he were drunk/high I bet it'd be a fuzzier weighing-of-the-scales than most people in the same posistion.

I'd say he isn't a danger to anyone because he is still a good person, and I hope I'm right on that for as long as he lives.

I think he has a shitload of pedos around him because his financial situation. For a short period, I worked as security for a state run subsidised housing. It was basically old people and those with mild handicaps. Then around the block was pretty much half-way houses and poor normal housing.

I would not be surprised if it’s the same with his apartments. They can be rented by nearly anyone but majority are state dependents, people transitioning from prison, or the perpetually poor. That and it may be the required distance from schools and whatever.
