Dr Sidhbh Treasa Gallagher / "Dr Teetus Deletus" / Gallagher Plastic Surgery / Gallagher Med Spa / @drsidhbhgallagher/ @dr_sgallagher / @gendersurgeon - Sex change surgeon who uses TikTok to advertise her teet yeeting services to depressed children

She's already (rightly) copping the blame for this in trans circles.

What a fucking morning, oh to be a fly on the wall in Gallagher's office...
My guess is that she's been aware for a while: The wacky, inappropriate TikToks stopped abruptly about a month ago and her Twitter now shows nothing but quotes from patient reviews so something must have happened to make her change. The timeline could have gone something like this:

1) Sneed finds out that this ruling is coming out, or finds out that her behavior could get her in trouble with the hospital/DA/medical board.
2) Sneed wipes her Twitter of everything but links to positive patient reviews, and starts making more clinical TikTok videos with descriptions of the surgeries she performs and what she expects from patients. This is standard lolcow behavior, clean up your act after everything has already been documented and assume it won't blow up in your face.
3) Sneed tells her sister/receptionist Nasa what is going on, including the liability Jessica/Noah poses.
4) Nasa tells Jessica to knock it the fuck off or even breaks up with her to minimize the damage.
5) We get the dark vaguepost from Jessica.
Edit:
Looks like that Mexico office is about to be getting a lot more use.
Nah, the next step is California - "had to flee Florida because of transphobes" would go over well in activist circles out there and the state is way too blue to crack down on mutilating gay and autistic kids. My reading of the state licensing rules out there is that she would just have to provide her med school transcripts + proof she completed a clinical practicum, no exams or retraining required.

Mexico is only for doctors who lose their licenses like pioneering quack butcher John Ronald Brown and he only went there after he lost his license 4 times (that's not a joke, he just kept finding states and later countries that wouldn't hold his previous license revocations against him). Sneed could probably bribe the police and medical board to leave her alone, but the country is still a warzone and she'd need to take appropriate measures (security guards being the obvious one). If she can't go to California my next guess would be somewhere in the Caribbean - those countries are also very corrupt, have less crime than Mexico, and might even be a direct flight from Miami. She could become the Butcher of Barbados and head back to Florida on the weekends with no legal risk whatsoever.

There's been a major uptick in unfavourable comments about her in the past couple of months from a lot of different sources. This thread went up and got featured, there have been posts about what she's doing on an Irish political forum, more coverage from terven bloggers and reporters, a couple of youtube videos went up, users on trans subreddits are bluntly saying they don't like her. EmmaLake's review used to be the only major blemish on her internet presence, now you don't have to look very hard to see the cracks.

Someone as image-conscious as her must have noticed.

There's one thing the Florida protocol does that I disagree with, and that's the ban on social transitioning. How else is a child going to know if they really want to be the opposite gender, other than to live as that gender?

Again, nothing permanent should be done on minors unless it's medically necessary.

The guidance only states that social transition should not be offered as a *treatment.* There's nothing stopping parents from doing it, but there's also no evidence that it is a treatment for dysphoria.

Yes! Please Never never never go out of the country for surgery unless it's in a well developed country. The US has strict criteria for elligible patients on specific surgeries and people leave the US because providers can make $$$ while circumventing laws. Check out those who have had gastric bypass in Mexico and suffered serious complications and death...or those who go and get iris implants

Guess the argument "Nobody is mutilating children's genitals...the bills are about fear mongering, targeting, and oppressing the LGBT community" goes out the window with this crazy doc. I'm still in awe this is happening

Uh-oh, spaghettios. I do hope Noah will drop some angry cry tiktoks on this topic.

Nah, I'm looking forward to Dr Teetus Deletus' most famous intern - Jazz Jennings - to give us his special take on how Florida is KILLING TRANS KIDZ!!

(With special appearances by his narc mom and doofus bro Sander.)

There's one thing the Florida protocol does that I disagree with, and that's the ban on social transitioning. How else is a child going to know if they really want to be the opposite gender, other than to live as that gender?

Three possible reasons for that:

1. There's a lawsuit going on in Massachusetts (Ludlow? Might be wrong but I think that's it.) regarding schools doing social transitioning without telling parents. They changed the kids gender/names at school, but in communication with the parents they continued to use their birth names and accurate gender. The kids involved were 11 and 12. Parents lost their shit when they found out and are now suing.

I....wouldn't wanna be the reason some Florida parent lost their shit, IYKWIM.

2. Let's be real - the best thing for kids is to NOT get on this whole "amazing journey" in the first place. We know that most kids who think they are trans are really dealing with some intense shit that overwhelms them (autism, mental illness, abuse, internalized homophobia). Deal with that, and the overwhelming majority of "trans kids" resolve their dysphoria.

Letting them LARP as the opposite sex keeps them from dealing with it and (hopefully) resolving it. It's not a kindness.

3. There will most likely be a bill introduced next year in the Florida legislature that mirrors ones passed in Texas and Alabama regarding transitioning children. I'm sure Sidhhdhdhdhd already knows it's coming, and may be part of the reason she's toned it down somewhat on TikTok. This might be another warning shot to encourage her to GTFO.

Interesting, I would have just assumed that 100% of cancer patients or people who need open heart surgery or people who have a broken arm repaired wouldn't regret having these procedures. (Although 99.6% is a lower success rate than being able to tell if someone is a male or female which I understand is considered impossible by medical experts.)

This fool actually thought "other doctors aren't appealing to minors with wacky memes and irreverent tiktoks about yeeting healthy breast tissue because...they just aren't as cool and innovative as I am! I'm so clever and funny, and thought of it first!"
The absolute hubris and cluelessness, lol. I wonder how many SRS docs saw her social media and were like "oh noooo baby what is you doing, keep your head down" lmao

A loved one of mine recently had a knee replacement and her whining and dissatisfaction is on par with the Aydens and Síobhanicas from the SRS thread.

I don’t know if this is the topic for this, but I’ve stumbled upon this doofus:

Guy is offering “DIY HRT treatment”. Is most likely a groomer.

Has Google docs explaining how to DIY HRT.

Google doc for “transmasc hrt”.

Also some lunatic named “Sean” is also involved in Chloe’s grooming operation.

If this has been posted on KF before I’ll ignore. But this is too interesting for me to not say anything about it.

We've got a reaction. Not a big one, she just shared some videos other people made about the news.

Nothing at all from Neasa or Noah.

From that name alone omething tells me that source is biased.
Also they don't specify how long after the surgery they got surveyed, because if it's like a month or at most a year after than of course they're still gonna be happy. Survey them 8+ years post surgery and then see how they feel about it.

Surprisingly enough, even with cancer patients and similar literally lifesaving procedures, there's a lot of regret.

I mean, if you posed the question "would you rather be dead?", they'd certainly say no, but that doesn't preclude the surgeries still coming with a lot of dissatisfaction. Technically it's not always literally just about the procedure, but the circumstances around it. Maybe they could've done something to stave off the cancer early on, maybe the chance of the cancer killing them wasn't high enough to justify chopping something off, and just plain old sadness at having health problems that forced them to get a surgery.

It's pretty common.

By analogy, with tranny surgeries, they could feel regret that maybe they could've learned to live with their dick instead of chopping it off.

The high satisfaction rate (it's not this 99.whatever% they're quoting, but something high) of tranny surgeries is indeed unusually high. But it should be taken as something to be suspicious of, not something to praise. If somehow tranny surgeries are achieving levels of patient satisfaction that even literally lifesaving cancer surgeries aren't achieving, that's fucking weird.

The way they get these numbers is by interviewing people who are in a cult, usually immediately after making an irreversible decision, so they're woozy from drugs and recovery. They're full of euphoria from the honeymoon phase and under a lot of pressure from the gambler's fallacy.

Talk to them a few months or years later when the despair starts to set in, and you'll get different numbers. And often those people just won't respond to surveys, which is great to the surveyors trying to push a narrative.

Edit: lol and looking at that screenshot more carefully, they're being real tricky with their words. Only 0.4% regretted transitioning "due to not being trans". Not all the other reasons they might regret the surgery. I guess technically that makes their point, but it's a dumb, nitpicky argument.

Yeah, transsexuals are basically institutionalized homosexuals (the ones that aren't AGP freaks anyway).
