Those idiots are part of the problem. Their magic shit keeps bringing back the demons. They have no fucking clue how dangerous it is to mess with this stuff. I already have caught some minor salt from some people in my circles that are discussing 'ways to counteract this'. Spells, major efforts via group hexes or effort, and on down. A few dropped some very smug 'We'll make them all pay' statements which just made me instantly wonder why someone who claims to have this much power and influence has not.. you know. Used it.

Though there's also one who thinks they've played a part in Ukraine not being instantly conquered due to their chaos magic so I guess one of them is LARPing hard.

I'm not super well versed on all the various local flavors of paganism across the world but the idea of life beginning before birth seems pretty widespread from my (admittedly limited) reading, what with all the various depictions of mothers bearing and growing life within themselves.
