Florida House just passed the DeSantis congressional map. It passed the Senate yesterday and is going to the Top Florida Man. Apparently, the Democrats were doing a sit in while screaming during the vote. Trying to find the clip.
Today's been good so far.

Edit: found them.

Democrats love to bash Republicans for being big corporations when Republicans are the ones trying to break up Disney’s monopoly.

the way this is discussed here is how you can tell there's hardly any black people on here

it's also how you can tell Gehenna is LARPing

Kamala is not black in the colloquial sense in that she is not the descendent of enslaved Africans in the US

however she could not possibly be blacker in the political sense. her BA is from Howard and she is AKA.

black Greek organizations get out the vote better than anybody. she is black in terms of the black vote. people who fail to recognize this are too ignorant of the how the American political system functions to listen to.
Kamala Harris was widely bashed by the black community who coined the term "Kamala The Kop"

She polled in the single digits in her home state of California which is unheard of.

look at the actual black internet, like LSA, and you will get a very different picture. I'm not saying that everyone loved her.

and what do polls matter? oh noes she had bad polls. her actual cursus honorum is a little bit more important. she'd been DA of SF, AG of CA, and a senator.

It mattered enough that the DNC didn't think she could stand on her own so she had to hitch her wagon to an 80 year old dementia patient

Is there such a thing as a real communist? Not even communists seem to know what communism is since apparently every time it's been tried it was actually "state capitalism".
lolno the "real communism" they talk about is anarchy - there will be no state, the workers "control the means of production," (whatever the fuck that means in practice no one knows), anyone who takes more than his fair share will face mob justice (which isn't the government doing it because there won't be a government).
Of course anyone with 1 1/2 braincells to rub together will realize this is a retarded pipe dream on the level of any form of anarchism. I understand why people say "communism works in theory" because no one that's smart enough the point out why it's retarded has the time, patience, and mental fortitude to actually read communist theory.
When they say there hasn't been any communist country in practice they're exactly correct, because there is no such fucking thing as a "communist country." There have been plenty of socialist countries, what with socialism being the designated pathway to communism. As with everything they do it's confusing on purpose to throw off people trying to stop them.
Now I will admit that I'm not an incredibly learned man (I'm a random, retarded schmuck from middle-America), not even on the ideology of Communism, but from what I understand this is the traditional pathway of communism:

You start with a violent revolution, overthrowing the capitalistic-aristocratic-imperialist-whatever government.
Of course, the peasantry, being raised under the auspices of their capitalistic overlords, will not be ready to jump into communism right away. They must have the capitalistic propaganda educated out of them and they must be educated on what it means to be a proper Marxist. In order to ensure that populace is ready for governmentless communism, we must establish the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. These will be trusted, true-bluered Marxist comrades who must be given absolute authority on everything to ensure a stable, smooth transition. It may take generations to work away the capitalistic programming. In the mean-time, we must organize everyone, and set them to work in factories, building infrastructure, and creating an army. After all, we must feed and protect ourselves until we can guarantee our paradise free from fat-cat industrialists and bankers! This temporary, transitory government is Socialist. It's not communist.
Of course the day comes when it's time for the Dictatorship of the Proletariat to finally hand power back to the properly-educated Marxist populace. They will gladly dissolve the reigns of absolute power they wield over an entire populace, because they're good, trustworthy comrades.

So anyone reading that can immediately tell you it's a fucking scam. Yeah sure, these guys are totally going to give them "proper education" (not brainwashing, oh no) and they'll totally just dissolve the massive power structure they've created over generations, yeah.
They try very, very hard to make sure this is obfuscated as much as possible to the average person. They want you to think that socialism is relatively unrelated to communism - that's why you'll find socialists (the ones that aren't brain-dead tankies) criticizing the USSR (United Soviet Socialist Republics), because they realize they're NEVER going to convince the average American that the USSR wasn't that bad. So they have to try to decouple socialism from the USSR. This is also why you see incredibly confusing messaging on the USSR - on the one hand, it wasn't real communism! (technically true), and also it was communist, not socialist!!!!!! I'm a socialist, I don't support communism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's a fight between
A. People who say they USSR wasn't real communism as it was a massive authoritarian government.
B. Tankies who think the USSR was the perfect communist utopia (and yes they realize it was a giant government, that's what they like).
C. Socialists who realize having their ideology associated with USSR is like having a lead millstone tied to their leg, and thus declare that they're socialists, not communists, and no, they're not really related (it's a lie, they know it, it's pragmatism).
D. Bread-tube tier """intellectuals""" who have actually bought into the meme that socialism and communism aren't related.
This is why if you put five communists in a room you'll get answers ranging from "le state-capitalism" to "i'm a socialist not a communist" to "ussr did nothing wrong."
This isn't even going to the ten gorrillion subdivisions of the ideology. What you should take away is that, for all practical purposes, they're the same thing. Even if someone is a "anarcho-communist," they're still helping them into power. The only real difference I can think of is that socialists try to infiltrate the government to transform it into socialism, communists infiltrate so they can tear it down and build anew.
Thanks for coming to my un-educated, rambling TED Talk.

duh, but that's not what the question was. the question was "do american black people consider Kamala Harris black" and the answer is "unfortunately absolutely yes"

*because she fucking went to Howard and is AKA*

there is not a single member of a black Greek organization who is not accepted as a black person. not even Rachel Dolezal tried that one.

@profilemenn you're correct that there's no true communist state nor has there ever been, but it's important to differentiate communists from other socialist movements. communist regimes were socialist by their own definition, but they strove towards communism as an end goal. The CCP no longer even pretends that it strives towards communism anymore, so you can't call them communists by Marxist rhetoric.

In addition to "real communism" being anarchist, "real communism" doesn't have a division of labor. Nobody specializes in any skill; the magic of communism has made everyone an expert at everything, in fact, far more competent at any given task than any expert under capitalism could possibly be. Since everyone is omnicompetent, they just flow around, doing tasks as needed, of their own volition, since another thing communism does is magically unlock your consciousness so that your desires correlate exactly with what society needs at any given moment.

True communism doesn't exist, since any time anyone tries it at all, everyone immediately runs out of food.
