Going by Facebook posts, it looks like Noah's mother passed away earlier this month.



A week later Noah made the IG post about selling packers to fund her trip to visit her family, which makes sense under the circumstances. It kind of makes me hope they broke up because if Neasa was out drinking and having fun with her friend all weekend while her fiancee is grieving alone, she's more of a sociopath than her sister. It's really sad for Noah, losing two close relationships in quick succession like that.

Tbf knee surgery has a very high rate of failure - it’s an incredibly complex area and the surgery ain’t no standard, easy job, the way that like a hip replacement is:

In the UK they are very careful about proceeding with it for thy is reason and people will chose to live with all sorts of knee problems rather than risk it.

Juicers have also put a lot of effort over the last four-five decades into figuring out how to quash or at least moderate the side effects of androgen use. They've gotten pretty good at it, besides which you have the advent of drugs like Propecia. Whereas I don't get the impression that most FTMs are doing anything more sophisticated than "inject testosterone, ?????, profit."

The high satisfaction rate (it's not this 99.whatever% they're quoting, but something high) of tranny surgeries is indeed unusually high. But it should be taken as something to be suspicious of, not something to praise. The way they get these numbers is by interviewing people who are in a cult, usually immediately after making an irreversible decision, so they're woozy from drugs and recovery. They're full of euphoria from the honeymoon phase and under a lot of pressure from the gambler's fallacy.

Talk to them a few months or years later when the despair starts to set in, and you'll get different numbers. And often those people just won't respond to surveys, which is great to the surveyors trying to push a narrative.

These sorts of numbers are usually achieved by obscuring how many people were lost to follow up. It's often outrageously large, like 70 or 80%. They start with a cohort of patients at a certain clinic, say 100 fill out the initial survey, before the surgery. And then for various reasons some of them don't get it. Of those who do, many of them are one and done and never come back to the clinic. Obviously, anyone who regretted it would fall into this category. You don't go BACK to a gender butcher if you desist, do you? Only those who are still in contact with the clinic fill out the exit survey. The happy ones, by design.

For anyone who didn't see it already, Jesse Singal's breakdown of an article written by 'trans researchers' exposes how deceptive these people were with their results (and incidentally, how data and figures are only as objective as the person presenting them). They literally announced that puberty blockers and hormones improved the mental health of patients while their own data showed nothing of the kind.

Collagen loss in women doesn't generally accelerate until menopause - which Noah's experienced in her 20's with her hormone fuckery. I've heard (from grad students in real programs, unlike me) that excess or early-peaking testosterone is one of the causes of hair loss. It's why a lot of big chunky muscle guys are actually naturally bald at a young age.

Rogaine, Nioxin, and other anti-hairloss products that use minoxidil work by dilating the blood vessels and therefore increasing blood and oxygen flow to the scalp. This makes me wonder if the mechanism by which testosterone causes hair loss is through the inhibition of circulation. Or maybe those are two completely different mechanisms--excess testosterone, poor circulation--that just both happen to result in hair loss. It also makes me wonder whether either oral or topical gingko biloba could have the same benefit for hair regrowth. Dr. Shiverbiddy could patent a cedarwood-scented F2M hair regrowth powder using cheap, widely available herbs.
