Doubtful. We have no idea how long Karen and Ao have officially been together but what we do know is that in leaving for Japan, she did lose all of her old connections and the rap scene in her hometown did turn their back on her (which she says was for the best since she admits their friendship was toxic).

I don't know. The catalyst to Rushia's case was because of a glitched(?) notification on Discord. As long as there's no fuckups and it doesn't surface on her streams, I don't think we'll be seeing much drama from this. Although, the page being nuked could be a sign.
Not really. Could just mean she or a friend saw the image being talked about either her or /vt/ and had it taken down for safety sake. I'm pretty sure the same thing happened when images got leaked of her mom and sister. She would rather protect others than worry about herself.

It's multiple buckos at this point but it's just a natural progression from the earlier joke about Ami not wanting to share her cookies and buckos crawling into her freezer and basically taking over (to her chargin).
I can only guess that it's sort of a preemptive response if it was her. Her (and others') past brushes with drama might have influenced her into taking action to prevent such things from happening. But then again, nuking it would raise more questions than answering them.
