Ooooh. Tim just did a big no no in the gun world. Claiming the Glock 17 is named that because of it's capacity is a MAJOR sign of someone having a basic bitch understanding. It's named that because of the model number/patent number. Not the capacity.

Did he really? I never looked into why it was named that but it doesn't sound right that it would be named after the magazine size. I own one and the magazine holds 10 rounds but that's probably due to laws around large capacity vs. small capacity.
I believed him at first when he said it was just to be relatable to a younger/wider audience but then if you listen to him talk about shit normally or how he will skip everything to see a Spiderman movie it becomes very clear that that is a lie to cope with how into cape shit he is.
