For those who don't know, Ethan van Sciver is a comic book artist who kicked off the Comicsgate movement (Comicsgate thread at link). He wrote and drew a comic book about a robot frog fighting hornets from space- the first of four (I think)- and made something to the tune of a million dollars. Before that, he worked for DC Comics and was an acclaimed artist for Green Lantern. Ethan also has an account here, where he takes our critiques like a champ (and sometimes claps back.)

In short, Ethan van Sciver is infinitely more successful than Patrick, and has been for some time.

Also it should be noted that post-judgment debtor examinations are a form of discovery. As Fatty should have learned last time, if you lose a discovery dispute (and he will probably start and lose one) and get slapped with a motion to compel, you not only have to show up on pain of contempt (and potential incarceration), but you have to pay the attorney fees for the other side, which are likely to be more substantial than the discovery-related fees he is already on the hook for.
